レキシブルカツプリングの改良に係り、連結する

ジを一体的に形成し、その金属フランジの外周に
間隔を付して複数個の開口を設け、該各開口の内
方を円周方向に拡大して連継孔を形成し、前記フ
ランジの内外面及び外周を包囲し、かつ各開口と
連継孔とに充填したゴム等の可撓性焼付フランジ
を一体に設け、その可撓性焼付フランジに連結ボ
ルトを遊挿する複数個の軸方向の連結孔を形成す
るとともに、端面をボス管の端面より少し突出し
て接合面とし、外周に接合面と反対方向に突出す
る円形突堤を設けた左右一対の前記可撓性焼付フ
ランジを対応させて接合し、該接合により構成さ
れる各外面に、前記各連結孔に合致する透孔を設
けたリング形座金を接合し、透孔、連結孔、透孔
に連結ボルトを挿通してナツトにより締付けたこ
とを特徴とするものであつて、耐振性及び耐久性
にすぐれたフレキシブルカツプリングを供給する
ことを目的とするものである。
