Conventionally, in numerically controlled multi-hole drilling machines, it has been necessary to check whether the numerical control data for drilling obtained by some means has been created correctly according to the hole positions in the processing drawing or photograph that is the basis of the data. In order to confirm, the command data is applied to the numerical control device through a so-called "trial drilling" operation, and the machine is actually operated to drill the hole. It was necessary to superimpose it on processing drawings or photographs, etc., and judge whether it was correct with the human eye. Therefore, the conventional method for checking whether the command data has been created correctly is extremely complicated and time-consuming, and requires human eyes to check, making it difficult to improve accuracy. It was customary to have one.

Next, details of the present invention will be explained with reference to drawings showing the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the numerical control command data for drilling in a numerically controlled multi-hole drilling machine usually has a drilling position set to an X-axis component and a Y-axis component, with a certain arbitrary point on the
It is created as the distance of the axis component. Normally, the command data is stored on paper tape, etc. as shown in 1. However, due to the demand for improved work efficiency and reliability, tape registration type numerical control devices that use large-capacity storage memory are now available in abundance. Recently, tape controllers with two numerical controllers have been introduced to improve high-mix, low-volume production, and it has become possible to easily register the command data in the numerical controllers than with the tape or the console in the numerical controller. . According to the present invention, the command data registered in the numerical control device 2 is transferred to the video memory by using the operation console provided in the numerical control device or the separately installed operation console 3 through the intervention of the CRT control circuit 4. Store on A5. on the other hand,
The command data is usually created from the pattern film cost at a scale of 1:1. In the present invention, the original image is then imaged by the video camera 6, and the pattern diagram of the original image is captured by operating the operation console included in the numerical control device 2 or the separate operation console 3 through the video camera control circuit 7. Stored in video memory B8. Here, in the video memory A5, each drilling position on the XY plane is stored as a mark pattern using an arbitrary dot matrix. Next, the data stored in the video memories A and B are synthesized on the CRT monitor 10 by operating the CRT timing generation circuit 9 by operating the console provided in the numerical control device 2 or the separately installed console 3. and display it. Through the above operation, the drilling numerical control command data is compared with the actual item, such as the pattern film cost, which is the basis of the command data, and it is possible to easily check whether the command data is correct.

On the other hand, by using a color video camera,
By making the video memory A correspond to the R (red) video memory and the video memory B to the G (green) video memory, graphics and colors can be composited and displayed on a color CRT monitor, resulting in more accurate display. It is also possible to more easily check whether the command data is correct.

As described above, in the numerically controlled multi-hole drilling machine with a video camera according to the present invention, when determining whether or not the numerical control command data for drilling has been created correctly, it is possible to use the conventional "trial drilling" work etc. Compared to the method described above, it has the advantage of being able to be executed accurately and easily in a short period of time.
