There are cyclone collectors and bag filter devices as devices for collecting air-transported powder, but the former has advantages such as the device is in a cylinder, is inexpensive to install, and does not take up much space for installation. On the other hand, the collection of powder is not perfect (see Fig. 5), and fine powder is mixed into the exhaust gas and flows out from the exhaust pipe 56 of the Lee Ichron collector 55, so the size of the Lee Ichron collector 55 is reduced. This has the disadvantage that the powder flows out from the cylinder diameter end portion 57 together with the powder, and the powder is discharged in a diffused manner, deteriorating the working environment in the vicinity. Therefore, as a measure to prevent the powder from scattering, a measure is taken to connect the reduced diameter end portion 57 of the cyclone collector 55 to the powder storage box 58, as shown in FIG. When taking out the powder from 58, the powder outlet 5
In the meantime, problems such as the powder being blown away by the wind flowing out from the reduced cylinder diameter end portion 57 to the powder outlet 59 and staining the clothes of the worker remain unsolved. on the other hand,
The latter type of bag filter device has the great advantage of ensuring a sanitary work environment as it perfectly captures powder and is also equipped with a device to discharge the collected powder, but it also has the advantage of ensuring a sanitary working environment. It has the following disadvantages: (1) It is expensive and requires a large installation space.

The exhaust gas flowing out from the ventilation tube 9 into the dust collector 17 collects powder mixed in the exhaust air with the filter cloth 11 of the dust collector 17, and cleans the air separated from the powder to the outside of the dust collector 17. Discharge. The powder collected by the filter cloth 11 and the powder flowing out from the outlet 8 of the conical cylinder 4 are allowed to settle in the bottom plate 15 of the dust collector 17,
As the amount of powder sinks and accumulates in the bottom plate 15, the powder collector 1 moves downward, and the protrusion 34 of the ring 33 inserted into the support column 29
When it comes into contact with the push button switch 35, the push button switch 34 is turned ON to start the electric motor 21, and the powder is taken out from the powder collector 1 through the discharge port 13 by the rotation of the blade wheel body 20 of the powder discharge device. It is something. When the electric motor 21 is operated to continue discharging the powder from the bottom plate 15, as the amount of accumulated powder decreases, the powder collector 1 moves upward, causing the projecting piece 3 of the ring 33 to move upward. Since the powder leaves the pushbutton switch 35, turns off the switch 35, and stops the electric motor 21, the powder acts as a kind of filter and the powder discharge device does not require a special J-year device. Since no wind flows out of the powder from the outlet 13, the powder is not scattered around. Further, since the operation of the electric motor 21 is stopped until the amount of collected powder reaches a predetermined amount, the electric power cost required for the electric motor 21 can be saved.

Further, when collecting powder mixed in the exhaust gas in the dust collector 17 and discharging clean air to the outside of the filter cloth 11, the powder clogging the filter cloth 11 is removed from the w piece 19 of the blade wheel body 20. Due to the rotation of the operating rod 36 attached to ..., the anti-clogging operating rod 41 comes into contact with the pendulum 40, and due to the reaction of the anti-clogging operating rod 41 separating from the pendulum 40, the spring 39 vibrates. Since the filter cloth 11 is vibrated via the spring-mounted body 38 to shake off the powder adhering to the filter cloth 11, stable collection of powder and separation from clean air can be achieved at all times, and its clogging prevention operation is possible. can be carried out each time the powder is discharged, and the agitator 37 allows the dust collector 17 to

The feature of this embodiment is that the cyclone collector 10
Since the entire structure is built into the dust collector 16, the dust collector 1
The installation area of 7 has been significantly reduced, eliminating restrictions on the installation location, and the cyclone collector 10 attenuates the flow velocity of the powder and allows it to flow out from the outlet 8 into the dust collector 16, making it possible to reduce the flow rate of the powder slightly. Since the powder mixed in the exhaust gas flowing out from the dust collector 17 is collected by the filter cloth 11 of the dust collector 17, the amount of powder adhering to the filter cloth 11 as clean air is vented is small ( (a) Moreover, there is no need to manually brush off the powder adhering to the filter cloth 11, and the clogging prevention operating rod is activated each time the powder is discharged, and blocking can be prevented. Therefore, the collection efficiency of the dust collector 17 can be continued for a long time, and the discharge of powder can be reliably maintained.

With the above configuration, the amount of powder collected in the dust collector 17 is increased.
First, the filter cloth 11 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface by the pressing action of the powder, and the filter cloth 11 pressed by the powder rotates the movable piece 50 in the direction of the push button switch 52, and eventually the movable piece 5o rotates. The movement range is increased, the push button switch 52 is turned on, the electric motor 21 is started, and the blade wheel body 20 rotates to discharge the powder to the outside of the powder collector 1. When the biasing force of the coil spring 54 becomes larger than the pressing action of the powder in the filter cloth 11 in the discharge direction of the powder, the coil spring 54 rotates the movable piece 50 in the direction of the filter cloth 11, causing the rotation of the movable piece 50. This turns the push button switch 52 OFF and stops the electric motor 21. The other functions are the same as those in the previous embodiment, so the explanation will be omitted.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the present invention, the powder transported by air is separated from the air by the cyclone collector, the powder flows out to the dust collector, and the powder mixed in the air is collected by the dust collector. The filter cloth collects the clean air and discharges the clean air to the outside of the dust collector, and a cyclone collector is installed in the dust collector so that the collected powder is combined with the powder flowing out from the cyclone collector. Since it is built-in, it is possible to securely collect powder and improve the surrounding work area to a sanitary working environment without scattering dust.In addition, the electric motor of the powder discharge device can be automatically activated by a switch activated by the powder amount detector. start or stop automatically,
Regardless of the length of the operating time, there is no need to worry about the filtration area being insufficient due to an increase in the amount of powder contained, and the power cost required for the motor can be reduced.
