り入れない)としてではなく、構造躯体として用いる場
合は、その内面部分は後打ちコンクリートと一体化する
ように、凹凸面等となしてシアコネクターの機能を付与
しておく必要があった。したがって、これらのプレキャ
スト部材の製造では通常凹凸のついた内型枠を用いるこ
とが多いが、その脱型には困難を伴なう場合が少なくな
か′った。また、脱型が困難であることから、メタルラ
スを内型枠に用い埋め殺しにする提案もあるがコスト的
に高くなる欠点があった。

内表面に凹凸面を形成してシアコネクター機能を付与で
きる。この際、凹凸による脱型の困難さは収縮可能な袋
体の使用により解決され、深い凹凸等様々な形状、寸法
の凹凸を選択できる。

し、その内部に4本の型方向に並列する柱主筋5とその
周囲フープ方向に配した帯筋6よりなる四角筒形をなす
組立鉄筋7が配置しである。
