Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce the total weight of transverse bulkheads and to eliminate voids to prevent the loading capacity of cargo from decreasing, by providing a flexion preventing plate on the center part of each of longitudinal steel plate constituting a bulkhead so that the thickness of the steel plate may be made to be thinner than a conventional one. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a corrugated steel plate 34 composed of a plurality of longitudinal steel plates 30 laid in the longitudinal direction of a hull and a plurality of transverse steel plates 32 laid in the transverse direction of the hull which are alternately connected. Each of the longitudinal steel plates 30 is secured thereto with a flexion preventing plate 22 formed therein with a lightening hole at the center of the plate 30. Due to the provision of the flexion preventing plates 22 on the longitudinal steel plates 30, the length d of the longitudinal steel plates 30 may has the same condition as that having one half (d/2) of the length. Accordingly, if the same material is used, a steel plate having a thickness (t) which is one-half of the thickness of a conventionally used steel plate for the longitudinal steel plate, may be used. Has one half (d/2). Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the total weight of transverse bulkheads 20 even though the weight of the flexion plates 22 should be added. Further, no voids are formed in these bulkhead, thereby it is possible to prevent the loading capacity of cargo from lowering.

Generally, unpackaged bulk cargo is called bulk cargo, and a ship dedicated to transporting bulk cargo is called a bulk cargo ship. In this para-loading cargo ship, when it is not loaded with cargo, that is, when it is empty, its legs are shallow because the total weight of the cargo ship is light. If the ship's legs are shallow, there are various problems such as an increase in the shaking of the ship during navigation, an increase in the thrusting impact pressure at the bow and bottom of the ship, and an increase in the wind pressure that the ship receives. In order to prevent this, a suitable amount of ballast is loaded inside the hull of the vessel so that the landing gear is at an appropriate depth. (Seawater is usually used as the ballast.) The vessel on which the above-mentioned ballast is loaded is a cargo and ballast vessel that is provided inside the hull to load bulk cargo.

FIG. 4 is a schematic side view showing a conventional example of such a transverse partition wall. In the figure, 2 is the upper deck, 3 is the double bottom cargo hold, and 4 is the bottom of the ship. The horizontal partition wall 6 is placed across the partition wall to watertightly partition the right side and the left side as shown in the figure.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, although the structure of the transverse bulkhead 16 shown in FIG. The distance is larger than the distance b, and the thickness t2 of the part d shown in figure (b) is thicker than the plate Kt shown in figure (a) because it has a watertight structure. As a result, there is a problem in that the total weight of the entire transverse bulkhead is heavier in the structure shown in FIG. 3B than in the structure shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2(a), the vibration isolator 22 is provided with a plurality of lightening holes 26 to reduce the weight. Further, in this embodiment, a swash plate 24 and an opening 28 are provided in order to facilitate the removal of bulk cargo accumulated under the stiffening plate 22. As shown in the figure, the horizontal bulkhead 20 according to the present invention has a corrugated steel plate 34 formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of vertical steel plates 30 provided in the longitudinal direction of the hull and horizontal steel plates 32 provided in the lateral direction of the hull.
exists. Further, a vibration isolator 22 having a light hole is fixedly connected to each vertical steel plate 30. The vibration isolator 22
is arranged at the center of the vertical steel plate 30 as shown in the figure. In the figure, the length of the vertical steel plate 30 is d, and the length of the horizontal steel plate 32 is b. As shown in the figure, the lengths of b and d are such that d is longer than b.

By providing the above-mentioned vibration isolator 22 on such a vertical steel plate 30, the length d of the vertical steel plate 30 is reduced to half the length d/
This is the same as if the length were changed to 2. The same vertical steel plate 30 whose actual length has been reduced to half by the vibration isolator 22
The thickness t of the longitudinal plate 30 can be made thinner (half the thickness) than the conventional plate thickness t2 shown in FIG. 5(b) if it is made of the same material. can. This is because the distance d of the vertical steel plate 30 is halved by providing the vibration isolator 22 at the center of the vertical steel plate 30, and the rigidity of the vertical steel plate 30 is improved. And as explained above,
Since the plate thickness t of this example can be made thinner than that of the conventional one, even considering the weight increase due to the provision of the vibration isolator 22, the overall weight of the transverse bulkhead 20 according to the present invention can be reduced. It can be made lighter than the conventional transverse bulkhead 1G shown in FIG. 5(b).

As explained above in detail and concretely, according to the present invention, since the vibration isolator is provided in the center of the vertical steel plate constituting the horizontal bulkhead,
The thickness of the vertical steel plates can be made thinner than conventional ones, which makes it possible to reduce the weight of the entire transverse bulkhead. Also, since the transverse bulkhead according to the present invention has no voids, it is possible to reduce the weight of the transverse bulkhead. There is no need to reduce the loading capacity.
