[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention makes it possible to use existing window frame sashes, and uses the claws for anchoring to create an insulating connection between the sashes that are separated and facing each other. This invention relates to an improvement aimed at streamlining the process of insulating double sashes, in which plates are directly attached, normally assembled as a double insulated sash in a factory, and then transported to the site.

The details of the embodiments will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the upper frame of the heat-insulating double sash according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the lower frame, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the vertical frame.
In the present invention, independent internal and external sashes are connected to each other while maintaining a constant distance from each other, but both the internal and external sashes are vertically connected using conventional methods using screw retainers 5 provided on the upper and lower frames. It is assembled together with the frame into a square shape. In the figure, 1 is an internal sash and 2 is an external sash. Rails 4 are erected on the front surface of the sash board 3, and screw holders 5 are provided on the back sides of the upper frame and the lower frame. This embodiment utilizes an existing sash, and has claws erected on the back side of the board 3 from both sides of the board 3 for locking anchors. The embodiment utilizes the claw on the side where the inner and outer sashes are connected to each other among the two claws, and that claw is hereinafter referred to as the locking receiving part 6. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the locking receiving portion 6 is a square-shaped protrusion, but is not limited to this. Since the inner and outer sashes 1 and 2 face each other at a constant distance, the intermediate band 7
In this space, a connecting plate 8 made of hard neoprene or the like having heat insulating properties is fitted into contact with the side surfaces of the inner and outer sashes 1 and 2. The connecting plate 8 is elongated and interposed throughout the entire length of both the upper and lower and vertical frames inside the intermediate band 7, and has locking protrusions with U-shaped heads on both edges of its back surface for locking the locking receivers 6. Article 9 is erected in opposite directions. The reason why the head is U-shaped is that the locking receiving portion is square-shaped, so it is sufficient that the locking receiving portion is shaped in relation to that shape so that the locking portions can be hooked onto each other. The reason is that the inner and outer frames 1 and 2 are rectangular and their four circumferences are hooked and fixed from the outside, so if we explain using the upper frame in Figure 1, the outer upper frame 2 will not open as shown by the arrow, and the inner upper frame 1 will also not open. The same is true. That is, after the upper and lower and vertical frames are fixed by the connecting plate 8, the inner and outer sashes 1 and 2 are completely connected. A decorative board 10 is made of the same material as the inner and outer sashes, and is embedded throughout the entire length in a recessed surface 11 provided in the center band of the surface of the connecting plate 8. The T-shaped protrusions 12 protruding from the back of the decorative board fit into the C-shaped grooves 13 provided on the connecting plate 8, so they do not come out and are located between both side edges of the decorative board 10 and the inner and outer sashes. Since the insulation board 8 is interposed,
The inner and outer sashes 1 and 2 are thermally isolated from each other. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the lower frame to which the present invention is applied, and since the upper surface of the functional upper and lower frames has a stepped shape, the heat insulating plate 8 is also deformed according to its shape.
That is, in the lower frame, the rising wall 14 on the indoor side of the external sash is high and the locking receiving portion 6 provided on the outer surface is the lower end of the rising wall 14, so the locking protrusion 7 is located on the rising wall 1.
The frame is different from the upper frame in that it is provided at the lower end hanging down along the line 4, but is otherwise the same. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the vertical frame, and the shape of the upper frame is exactly the same.

As explained above, according to the present invention, existing sashes can be used, and there is no need for screw-fastening work when connecting the inner and outer sashes, contributing to a reduction in man-hours. is fixed at all four circumferences, so the connection is certain. After being installed in the opening of a building, an aluminum alloy decorative board made of the same material is fitted in the intermediate zone between the inner and outer sashes, which improves the appearance and provides heat insulation performance.
