スコツプ本体3の左右両端下部に第一前後軸5を

回動自在に設けられたリンク7の下端部と前記底
板4の両側端部に突設されたアーム8との間に連
結杆9が介設されるとともに、前記リンク7の上
端部と前記スコツプ本体3の中心上部との間に前
記リンク7の回動手段10が設けられたものであ
る。なお、本実施例においては、第4図に示され
るように底板4の端部には複数の第一ボス11が
固設され、該第一ボス11の一個にアーム8が突
設されている。また、前記スコツプ本体3の両端
下部には第5図に示されるように複数の第二ボス
12が固設され、該複数の第二ボス12の間に前
記底板4の第一ボス11が嵌合し、第一ボス11
と第二ボス12との前後方向の小孔13,14に
第一前後軸5が貫通されている。
