た、ダイスホルダー内面に付着した金属かすの除
去に時間がかかりメンテナンス上でも問題があつ
た。

本考案は、この点を解決せんとするもので、実
施例を図面に基づいて説明すると、第1図は要部

設け、該ダイス保持孔3にボルスター5、バツカ
ー6、ダイ7、バツフル8、スリーブ9を組合せ
てなるダイス4を装入保持する。また、ダイステ
ム1内にダイステム1内を押出方向の前後にダイ
ス4をダイス保持孔3から押出すように摺動する
キヤニスタ10の先端とダイス保持孔3に装入し
たダイス4の後面とを対向せしめるとともに、ダ
イス4の先端部外周に溝11を設け、該溝11に
前記ダイス保持孔3の内周面に弾力的に密接する
シールリング12を装着してなるものである。こ
のシールリング12の外周面は第1図図示の如く
ダイス4の先端部側の直径を大きくし、後端部側
の直径を僅かに小さくしたテーパー面に形成す
る。なお、第1図中13はビレツトである。

持孔内面に一部流入付着した金属かすをクリーン
アウトすることができるので、特別にダイス保持
孔内面の掃除をする必要がなくなり、ダイス交換
作業の時間を短縮することができて、生産性を向
上する。
