本発明は削氷機で粉砕した削氷又は蜜を混ぜた氷をカッ
プに充填する装置に係り、特に板羽根の先に付けた熊手
状羽根を利用することによって比較的粘性の強い削氷を
カップ内にスムーズに充填することが出来る冷菓充−填

供給用のホッパーを設け、更に保冷タンクの穴の下方に
冷菓用カップを配置し得るように構成したので、ホッパ
ーよりタンク内に落下された削氷を板羽根及び熊手状羽
根によって掻き寄せ、又は相手羽根にて押しながらタン
クの穴よりカップ内にスムーズに充填することが出来る

図により本発明に係る装置の一実施例を具体的に説明す

た保冷タンクであって、そのタンク１の底面に多数個の
穴２が２列又は３列に穿孔されている。３ａ、３ｂは夫
々左右に対峙しかつ相互に交差して入り組むことが出来
るように構成された一対の熊手状羽根であって、前記タ
ンクｌ内を図示せざる油圧装置によって間歇的に左右に
摺動し得る如く構成されている。又この熊手状羽根３ａ
、３ｂの外側には板羽根４ａ、４ｂが夫々一体的に設け
られている。５は削氷をタンクＩに供給し得るホッパー
であって、その底部には油圧袋Ｗ！６によって移動する
シャッター７が設けられている。８はチェーンベルトで
あって、このヘルド８にはカップを嵌入し得る数個の穴
９を持った多数個のカップ保持プレート１０が取り付け
られている。又チェーンベルト８の下方にはプレート１
０に嵌入されたカップを一時的に押し上げてこれを保冷
タンクｌのふし部に密接し得るカップ上昇装置１１と、
カップに摺動を与えることが出来る摺動装置１２とが夫

状羽根３ａ、３ｂは第３図の如くタンク１の右側に揃え
られた状態にあり、この状態の時に一２０℃位に冷却し
て削氷機で粉砕された後で濃縮シロップが添加された粘
性の強い削氷がシャッター７を開くことによってホッパ
ー５よりタンクｌ内に落下される。次に第４図乃至第８
図に示す順序に従って、先ず熊手状羽根３ｂと板羽根４
ｂが左方向に移動し始めた後で、今度は少し遅れて他方
の熊手状羽根３ａと板−羽ｍ４ａがこれに追従し、これ
によってタンク１の底面に積もった削氷をこれ等の羽根

ムーズに充填することが出来、かつカップは穴の周りに
密接されているので、周りに飛散することなく確実に充
填することが出来、またタンクの穴の大きさを調節する
ことによりカップに所望の量を充填することが出来、更
に全体の作業工程を全て自動化することが出来る等の特
