放にあたつては扉を一旦上方へ持ち上げて床面か
ら離間させ、しかるのち所定の方向に開くような
構造のものが提案されている。しかし、この昇降
タイプの扉は扉枠に対する取付け構造および扉内
に組込まれる昇降操作機構が複雑で製作費が高く
つくと共に、扉開閉操作手順が煩雑である欠点が
あつた。

本考案はかかる点に鑑みて案出されたものであ
り、以下その一実施例を図面に基づき説明する
と、第1図および第2図において1は床面2上に
立設された扉枠で、この扉枠1は床面2を除く内
周部に戸当り部材3が形成されると共に、この戸
当り部材3に気密ゴム4が止着されている。従つ
て床面2には戸当り部材が突出せず、該床面2は
フラツトである。扉本体5は床面2に対し若干の
間隙6をおいた宙吊り状態でヒンジ7によつて開
閉自在に扉枠1に取着されており、閉止時には扉
本体5の上縁部と両側竪縁部が戸当り部材3の気
密ゴム4に弾接当してシールされる。この扉本体
5の下部縁材8の内部には第3図に示すように扉
本体5の全幅範囲にわたり回転横軸9が後記の軸
受金物24によつて支承され、且つ該回転軸9に
舌片状取付け部片10が長手方向に一体に突設さ
れ、この取付け部片10に嵌着固定された略ヒレ
状の可動気密ゴム11が下部縁材8の開口部12
を通し床面2側に突出されている。又、扉本体5
には、扉ロツク用ハンドル13が設けられ、この
扉ロツク用ハンドル13の回動操作に連動して昇
降するロツド14が扉本体5内に竪方向に支持さ
れる。この昇降ロツド14は扉本体5を閉止する
ために扉ロツク用ハンドル13を一方向回動させ
るに伴い扉本体5の上下から突出して扉枠1およ
び床面2に設けたロツク孔15に突入し、これに
よつて扉本体5を閉止姿勢にロツクするものであ
り、扉本体5を開放するにあたつて上記扉ロツク
用ハンドル13を逆方向回動させるに伴い昇降ロ
ツド14がロツク孔15から引抜かれ、ロツクが
解除される。そして昇降ロツド14と上記回転横
軸9とが該ロツド14の昇降運動を回転運動に変
換して回転横軸9に伝える運動力変換伝達手段を
介して連動連結される。故にロツド14が下降す
れば回転横軸9が図面に向つて時計方向に回転
し、可動気密ゴム11が略垂直姿勢となつてその
下端が床面2に接当すると共に上端が下部縁材8
の下端8aに接当して、扉本体5と床面2との間
がシールされる(第6図)。逆にロツド14が上
昇すると、回転横軸9が反時計方向に回転して可
動気密ゴム11が床面2から引き上げられる(第
7図)。尚、ロツド14と回転横軸9とをつなぐ
運動力変換伝達手段は第3図のように回転横軸9
から丸頭状ピン突子16を突設させ、ロツド14
の周面に係合凹溝17を刻設し、該ピン突子16
を係合凹溝17に係嵌するピン突子係合構造、第
4図のようにロツド14側にラツク18を刻入
し、回転横軸9にピニオン19を形成して此等を
噛合させたラツク・ピニオン構造または第5図の
ようにロツド14側にピン20を植立し、回転横
軸9からレバー21を延設し、このレバー21の
長孔22に上記ピン20を嵌入させたレバー構造
が考えられる。第3図のピン突子係合構造におい
て係合凹溝17を長溝に形成しているが、これは
ロツド14をロツク孔15に対し挿抜するに必要
なロツドストローク量と、このロツド14によつ
て回転横軸9を回転させて可動気密ゴム11を第
6図と第7図の両姿勢間にわたつて回動させるに
必要なロツドストローク量とに差があつて、且つ
前者のロツドストローク量を長く取る場合におい
て、その差を吸収するためになされた配慮であ

たのち扉ロツク用ハンドル13を操作してロツク
をかければ、扉本体5と戸当り部材3との間の気
密ゴム4、および扉本体5と床面2との間の可動

および床面2に対してシールされる。又、上記ロ
ツクを解けば気密ゴム11が床面2から持ち上げ
られ、この気密ゴム11を床面2に摺接させるこ
となく扉本体5を開放できる。

回動しつつ引き上げられてシールが開放され、又
第7図のシール開放姿勢からロツド14を下降さ
せる時には回転横軸9の矢印b方向の回転によつ
て逆の動作がなされる。
