体の外周部に配置されるカバー枠と、このカバー
枠の内面に対向して配設され一対のガイド溝孔を
有したガイド金具と、上記カバー枠とガイド金具
との側面を挿通して摺動可能に取付けられるとと
もにばね体によりカバー枠の外側方向に付勢され
た操作軸と、この操作軸のガイド金具を挿通する
端部に取付けられ両端部から上記ガイド金具方向
に突設され上記ガイド溝孔に摺動可能に係合する
ガイド片を有するとともに上記ガイド金具方向に
突設され上記受け金具に係合する引掛爪を有した
引掛部材とを具備し、上記引掛部材の各ガイド片
に、上記ガイド溝孔の縁部に当接してガイド金具
に対して離反する方向への各ガイド片の摺動をそ
れぞれ規制する係止部を設けたことを特徴とする
