センサ3と、該湿度センサ3の信号を受け取ると
ともに、この受け取つた信号を所定時間毎に平均
してそれに応じた第1の信号とし、この第1の信
号と正常時の呼吸に応じた第2の信号とを比較し
て、第1の信号が第2の信号に対して所定値以上
ずれた時に出力するセンサ回路4と、該センサ回
路4の出力を受け取つて表示する外部出力装置5
