Abstract

PURPOSE:To display visually malicious call retrieval information at an outgoing station only when a line signal is received by allowing a called party to apply hooking or dialing of '1' when an incoming call is identified to be a malicious call and sending a malicious call retrieval request signal as the line signal to the outgoing station. CONSTITUTION:When a called party 21 accommodated in an incoming station 20 connected through a digital (PCM) line 1 to an outgoing station 10 registers the malicious call retrieval information to a station in advance, the station gives the called party 21 the class of malicious call retrieval. At the time of a caller 11 and the called party 21 are in talking state, the called party 21 applies hooking or dialing of '1' in order to inform a call from the caller 11 to be a malicious call in this state, the incoming station 20 detects the mali cious call, uses a signal channel 16 to the outgoing station 10 and sends the malicious call retrieval request signal. At the time of the station 10 receives the malicious call retrieval request signal, the station 10 outputs a caller number and a called party number on a typewriter 17 as malicious call retrieval informa tion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to malicious call search information when exchanges are connected via a digital line (PCM line).

Conventionally, malicious call detection when using a digital line between exchanges assigns a class of malicious call detection to the called party, and when a call arrives at the called party, the outgoing exchange is performed using the group B signal of the MFC register signal. The class was transferred to the calling station, and the calling station used a typewriter or line printer to type out the information (calling subscriber number, called subscriber number, etc.) for all calls that received this signal. .

According to the conventional malicious call search information using only the MFC register signal mentioned above, when a call arrives to a subscriber with a class of malicious call search, the class of the called party is detected by a backward signal (group B signal) from the calling station. Each time a message is sent to a call, the message is typed out on a typewriter or line printer. However, the malicious call search class may be used not only by the subscriber making the malicious call search request but also by other subscribers for other services.

In addition, in order to search for malicious calls, even if the subscriber is assigned this class, the incoming call may not be a malicious call, so there is not only the disadvantage of typing out messages for calls that do not need to be typed out. A drawback is that it is not possible to identify whether a call typed out at the originating station is a malicious call when the message is typed out.

In addition to the register signal of the conventional method, the malicious call search method of the present invention performs a ticking or one-dial operation when the called party identifies that an incoming call is a malicious call, and sends a malicious call search request signal as a line signal. The malicious call search information is transmitted to the originating station, and the originating station visually displays the malicious call search information only when the line signal is received.

More specifically, when a call is received from a subscriber in the class of malicious call search, the receiving station monitors whether the called subscriber performs a ticking or 1-dial operation while the subscriber is in a conversation state. If any operation is performed, the PCM 30 channel system signal channel (1
6th channel) to transmit this signal as a line signal to the originating station. When the calling station receives this signal while monitoring the line during a call, it outputs malicious call search information (such as calling subscriber number and called subscriber number) to a typewriter or line printer. .

Referring to FIG. 1, if a called party 21 accommodated in a receiving station 20 connected to a calling station 10 by PCM circuit reports a malicious call search request to the station in advance, the station caller 2
1 is given the class of malicious call search. When this subscriber (called party 21) with the malicious call search class receives a call from the calling party 11, the calling station 10 sends out the called party number by register signal in the signal sequence shown in FIG. Then, the called party response signal from the terminating station 20 uses the signal channel (16) of FIG. 3, and the response bit pattern shown in FIG. 20 is sent to the calling station 10, and the calling party 11 and the called party 21 are placed in a conversation state. After this, the originating station 10 and the terminating station 20 each monitor the line. In this state, when the called party 21 clicks or dials 1 to notify that the call from the calling party 11 is a malicious call, the receiving station 20 detects the malicious call and sends the call to the calling station 10. Using the signal channel (16) shown in FIG. 3, the malicious call search request signal shown in FIG.
Ab sends 101 and Bb sends Iol. Transmitting station 1
0 receives this malicious call search request signal, the originating station 10
The calling party number and called party number are output to the typewriter 17 as malicious call search information. The typed-out information allows searching for malicious calls. The malicious call search request signal is sent out as a line signal using the 16th signal channel in the channel allocation diagram of the PCM30 channel system shown in FIG. In addition to the example shown in FIG. 4, this signal can have Ab and Bb bit patterns arbitrarily determined by a combination of 106 and @1@ bits.
