入管、５は接続端子、６は導体、７は給電線、８
はホルダー、９は発熱体、１０ａは重合部、１０
ｂは螺合部、１１は排水口、１２は給水口、１３
は熱電対、１４は装填部、１５は銅管、１６は孔
