空ポンプ本体、３は封入油、４はケース、５は冷
却フアン、６はローター、７はヒートパイプ、８
は受熱部、９は断熱部、１０は放熱部、１１は放
熱フイン、１２は通風路、１３は保護カバーであ
る。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。

インを包被し上記ケースとの間に上記冷却フアン
の冷却風を上記放熱フインに導びく通風路を形成
する保護カバーとを備えたことを特徴とする油回
転真空ポンプの冷却装置。 (2) 放熱フインは保護カバーの通風路から導び
かれる、冷却フアンの冷却風を吸入排気可能なフ
アン状に形成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
