囲第１項記載のサーミスタ。 (4) 絶縁素体の電極間に中央電極を設け、この
中央電極と一方の電極との間にサーミスタ素体を
形成すると共に、中央電極と他方の電極との間に
抵抗体を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
