す。<Prior Art> Conventionally, the above-mentioned metering supply apparatus has been shown in FIG. 2. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a storage tank, into which articles, such as powder or granular material, are fed from a feeder 12 so that the weight of the articles, such as powder or granular material, is always maintained constant. Storage tank l
The articles in O are fed to the weighing hopper 16 by the feeder 14 until the upper limit value WH is reached (see FIG. 3). The weighing hopper 16 is provided with a weighing means such as a load cell, and the analog weighing signal of this weighing means 18 is a D/A.
A converter 20 converts it into a digital measurement signal. on the other hand,
When the weight of the article in the weighing hopper 16 reaches the upper limit value WH, the feeder 22 starts discharging the article from the weighing hopper 16. At this time, the time it takes for the digital weighing signal to go from the upper limit value 1 to the lower limit value WL is a predetermined time To.
Calculation is performed in the calculator 24 based on the digital weighing signal so that the discharge weight per unit time becomes a constant value (see period To in Figure 3).
, this calculated value and the set value are compared in the controller 26,
The difference is multiplied by a proportional constant (P) and an integral constant (I) in the controller 26, the multiplied value is supplied to the feeder controller 28, and the discharge amount of the feeder 22 is determined by the signal from this controller 2. Control. and,
When the digital weighing signal reaches the lower limit value Wb, the feeder 2
The feeder controller 2 fixes the signal given to the feeder controller 2 to the signal being generated at that time, operates the feeder 14 while discharging the articles from the feeder 22, and supplies the articles to the weighing hopper 16 until the upper limit value Wa is reached ( Period T1 in Figure 3
reference). When the upper limit value WH is reached, the above-described operation is repeated again.

A digital metering signal is supplied to n. As the sampling weight, the comparator 341 has an upper limit value Wa, and the comparator 342 has a Wl smaller than WH.
- The lower limit value vlL is supplied to each of the comparators 34n. These comparators 3411 to 34n are configured to produce an output "l" when the digital weighing signal matches the supplied sampling weight. These outputs are supplied to an AND gate 38 via an OR gate 36.

Therefore, when the weight of the article in the weighing hopper is decreasing from the upper limit value WH toward the lower limit value 11, the AND gate 38 changes the output of the controller 26 at that time every time the weight matches the sampling weight. The signal is supplied to an accumulator 40 for accumulation.

6 is decreasing and matches the lower limit value W1, the memory 44 stores the output of the divider 42 at that time (the average value of the output of the controller 26 between the upper limit value WH and the lower limit value WL). ) to be memorized.

When an article is being supplied from the feeder controller 28, it is read out by the reader 4 and is supplied to the feeder controller 28 via the or gate 50. The reader 4 can consist of two comparators 52, 54 and an AND gate 56, for example. The comparator 52 is configured to provide an output 1'-1' to the AND gate 56 when the digital metering signal is less than the upper limit value WH. Further, the comparator 54 outputs an AND gate 56 when the digital measurement signal is greater than the lower limit value Wr.
The circuit is configured to supply an output "1" to the terminal. The AND gate 56 is also supplied with an inverted version of the output of the comparator 30. Therefore, when the weight of the article in the weighing hopper 16 is between the upper limit value WH and the lower limit value WL and the article is being supplied to the weighing hopper 16, the AND gate 56 reads the average value from the memory 44 and reads the average value through the OR gate 50. and supplies it to the feeder controller 28.

'', the controller 26 operates, and the weight of the articles discharged from the feeder 22 per unit time is maintained at a constant value as in the conventional case. In parallel with this, the average value calculator 32 calculates the average value of the output of the controller 26, and calculates the average value of the output of the controller 26.

The output of the comparator 30 becomes "0" and the controller 26 stops. Further, the supply of articles from the feeder 14 to the weighing hopper 16 is started. As a result, the output of the AND gate 56 becomes "1", and the average value is read out from the memory 44 and supplied to the feeder controller on the second day. This controls the weight discharged from the feeder 22. Eventually, when the digital weighing signal reaches the upper limit value WF+, control by the controller 26 is performed again, and the discharged weight per unit time becomes constant.
