Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an air blowing noise of a ceiling embedded type cooling and heating air conditioner in operation by a method wherein a flow regulator curved toward an air blowing direction of a fan is arranged at a central part of a hanging metal fitting for an indoor unit. CONSTITUTION:An indoor unit 6 for a ceiling embedded type cooling and heating air conditioner 6 is provided with a heat exchanger 2, a fan 3, a fan motor 4 and a water receptacle 5 within an outer frame 1. Each of the component elements is hung at a top plate portion of the outer frame 1 and fixed thereat. A hanging metal fitting 13 hangs and fixes the water receptacle 5 with screws 15 through a fixing plate 14. A central part of the hanging metal fitting 13 forms a flow regulator 13d composed of an arcular part. As a fan 3 is rotated in a direction indicated by a broken arrow line, air from the fan 3 to the heat exchanger 2 is flowed while drawing an arcular radial line as indicated by a solid arrow line. A flow regulating part 13d of the hanging metal fitting 13 is fixed in the same direction as that of the air flow, does not act as a resistor against the air flow, does not generate any abnormal sound and so a less decrease of air volume is found.

となり、矢印のごとく風の流れが乱れて異常な音が発生
し、さらに風量の低下もみられた。

を向いた姿勢で作業することとなり、作業性が非常に悪
いという問題点を有していた。

下げ金具13との固定も、吊り下げ金具13の固定片1
3aを外郭1に設けた切り火さとネジ止めによって容易

ンからの風の流れの抵抗とならず、室内ユニット内での
風の乱れがなく、これに起因する異常な音が発生せず、
風量の低下もみられない。

定片に、前記吸込口を形成するパネルを固定した天井埋
込型冷暖房空調機。
