内部に収容するカソードバルブとを備えるアルゴ
ンレーザ管において、カソードバルブ内にあつて
該カソードを包囲し一端部が該管状部材に接合さ
れ且つ他端開口をシールド板で閉止されたシール
ドパイプを備えることを特徴とする前記アルゴン
