る弁体を中心に固着し、周縁を弁ハウジングに固
定されて弁ハウジング内を大気圧室とガス室側と
に気密に仕切るダイヤフラムと、ダイヤフラム側
弁体に開口されてガス入口ポートと出口ポート間
を連通る小孔と、ダイヤフラム側弁体を貫通して
設けられ、常時小孔を閉鎖するとともに、操作端
を弁ハウジングの頂部に突出させた手動復帰用リ
セツト弁とから構成したことを特徴とするガス遮
