Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid a bad effect to adjacently located electronic parts by providing a moving element striding a central leg in order to make a permanent magnet which constitutes the moving element located at the position other than the extension of the central leg at one end of the central leg of an iron core. CONSTITUTION:A moving element 34 consisting of a permanent magnet 35 and iron pieces 36, 37 is provided perpendicularly to an iron core 31 striding the central leg 32 of the iron core 31 and the iron pieces 36, 37 are provided between the central leg 32 and the iron pieces 36, 37. Accordingly, the magnetic flux leaking from the permanent magnet 35 can be prevented from leaking to the direction of the plane constituted by the central leg 32 and outer legs 38, 39. This can prevent the erroneous operation of, e.g., an electromagnetic relay provided near the same printed wiring substrate to the electromagnetic relay which uses a polarized electromagnet and other electronic parts.

FIG. 1 shows a case where a polarized electromagnet according to the present invention is applied to an electronic relay. Here, the iron core 31, coil 33, and mover 34 constitute a polarized electromagnet. That is, a coil 33 is wound around the central leg 32 of the iron core 31. The mover 34 also includes a permanent magnet 35 and iron pieces 36 and 37 provided at both poles of the permanent magnet 35, respectively.
It consists of These iron pieces 36, 37 are respectively connected to the central leg 32 and the first leg 32 of the iron core 31. The movable element 34 is disposed between the second outer legs 38 and 39, and is in a state astride the center leg 32. In other words, the movable element 34 is connected to the central leg 32 of the iron core 31 and the first. The central leg 32 straddles the planes formed by the second outer legs 38 and 39 at right angles.

Further, 64 is a rotator. The rotator 64 has a substantially T-shape, and a through hole 65 is provided in the center of the rotor. This through hole 65 is fitted into a protrusion 66 provided approximately in the middle of the holding portions 52 and 53 of the U plate 51, and in this state, the movable element 64 is provided, and the movable contact is provided at both ends of the U plate 51. The movable contact pieces 54, 55 are located between the pieces 54, 55 and 56, 57, respectively, and move as the rotator 64 rotates.
A projection 67.68 is provided which drives the angle 56.57°. Furthermore, the iron core 31 is provided on the upper surface of the rotator 64. That is, the holding parts 52, 53 and 74 are provided with step parts 69, 70 and notches 71, respectively, and the iron core 31 is fitted and held in these. In this state, the iron pieces 36 and 37 of the movable element 34 are connected to the central leg 32 of the iron core 31 and the "first." When located between the second outer legs 38 and 39, the rotator 64 is also rotated in the E direction about the protrusion 66 accordingly. Therefore, protrusion 67.6
8 drives the movable contact pieces 54 to 57, and contacts 58 and 6
1 are in contact with fixed contacts 62 and 63, respectively, to be in the on state, and contacts 59 and 60 are in the off state. In this state, even if the excitation of the coil 33 is cut off, this state is maintained by the permanent magnet 35. Accordingly, the rotor 64 is also rotated in the F direction. therefore,
The rotary contact pieces 54 to 57 are driven by the projections 67 and 68,
Contacts 59 and 60 are brought into contact with fixed contacts 62 and 63, respectively, and are turned on, while contacts 58 and 61 are turned off. In this state, even if the excitation of the coil 33 is cut off, this state is maintained by the permanent magnet 35.

According to the above embodiment, the mover 34 consisting of the permanent magnet 35 and the iron pieces 36 and 37 is attached to the central leg 32 of the iron core 31.
Since it is possible to prevent the iron pieces 36, 37 from leaking in the plane direction formed by the center leg 32 and the iron pieces 36, 37, it is possible to prevent the iron pieces 36, 37 from leaking in the direction of the plane formed by the central leg 32 and the iron pieces 36, 37. It is possible to prevent malfunctions of electromagnetic relays and other electronic components disposed close to the printed wiring board.

[Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the mover is moved to the center so that the permanent magnet constituting the mover is at one end of the center leg of the iron core and is located at a position other than the extension of the center leg. By straddling the legs, the magnetic flux leaking from the permanent magnet is distributed between the central leg of the iron core and the first leg. Since leakage is prevented in the direction of the surface formed by the second outer leg, it is possible to provide a polarized electromagnet that does not adversely affect electronic components disposed in close proximity.
