第１図は本考案に従うエンジンマウントの振動
荷重が負荷されていない状態を示す断面図であり
、第２図および第３図は、それぞれ第１図のエン
ジンマウントに対して車両バウンド方向および車
両リバウンド方向に対して過大な振動荷重が入力
せしめられた状態を示す断面図である。第４図は
第１図のエンジンマウントにおける振動入力荷重
とストツパプレートの変位量との関係を従来品と
北較して示すグラフである。第５図は第１図のエ
ンジンマウントにおける周波数―応答（位相角）
特性を従来例と比較して示すグラフであり、第６
図は同じく周波数―伝達力特性を従来例と比較し
て示すグラフである。 １０：支持金具、１６：ゴムブロツク、１８：
凹所、２４：保持金具、３０：仕切機構（仕切部
材）、３２：作動室、３４：ダイヤフラム、３６
：平衡室、３８：オリフイス、４０：オリフイス

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 支持部材に一体的に固着されたゴムブロツク内
に、該支持部材と反対側に開口する状態で凹所を
形成すると共に、該凹所の開口側に仕切部材を設
けて、該ゴムブロツク内に作動室を形成する一方
、該仕切部材の外側に、少なくとも一部が可撓性
薄膜とされたダイヤフラムを配設して該仕切部材
との間に平衡室を形成し、且つそれら作動室およ
び平衡室を前記仕切部材に形成したオリフイスを
介して連通せしめ、該作動室および該平衡室内に
封入した所定の非圧縮性流体が前記ゴムブロツク
の弾性変形作用に従つて該オリフイスを流動し得
るようにした防振支持体において、 前記支持部材に、前記作動室内に延び出す状態
で、且つ外縁つば部が前記仕切部材に所定の距離
を隔てて対向する状態で、ハツト状のストツパ部
材を位置固定に設け、該支持部材と該仕切部材と
の近接方向への相対移動を該ストツパ部材の該仕
切部材への当接によつて阻止させるようにする一
方、内方きフランジ部を備えた環状のストツパ受
け部材を、該内向きフランジ部が前記作動室内に
おいて前記ストツパ部材の外縁つば部と所定の距
離を隔てて対向するように、前記仕切部材側に位
置固定に配設して、前記支持部材と前記仕切部材
との離間方向への相対移動を該ストツパ受け部材
に対する該ストツパ部材の当接によつて阻止させ
るように為すと共に、前記ストツパ受け部材の内
向きフランジ部と前記ゴムブロツクの凹所の内面
との間に該凹所の中心側ほど距離が大きくなる間
隙を形成して、前記支持部材と前記仕切部材とが
近接移動する際、前記ゴムブロツクのバネ特性が
徐々に硬くなるように、該ゴムブロツクに該スト
ツパ受け部材の内向きフランジ部を当接せしめる
ようにしたことを特徴とする防振支持体。
