【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ミラーベースに対して回動可能にシヤフトを支
承し、一方、ミラーボデーを支承する二又状のス
テーを構成し、上記二又状ステーの両端に切欠を
設けて該切欠に前記シヤフトの両端をそれぞれ嵌
合し、かつ、上記の軸の端部に設けたネジ用透孔
と、二又状ステーの切欠の底部に設けた雌ネジ孔
とに取付ネジを挿通、螺着してステーと軸とを固
着したアウトサイドミラーにおいて、 (a) 前記切欠の深みは、シヤフトの端部がステ
ーの表面よりも沈み込むように設定し、 (b) 上記切欠の沈み込み部に収納される座金を
設け、 (c) 上記の座金に舌片を設けて該舌片を座面と
反対側に折り曲げ、 (d) 上記の舌片に係合用の孔を設け、 (e) 前記の切欠に嵌合して該切欠の入口を覆う
カバーを構成し、 (f) 上記のカバーに、前記係合用孔に係合する
突起を設け、 (g) 上記の突起を係合用孔に係合せしめて、前
記のカバーを、座金を介して前記の軸に取り付け
て切欠の入口を覆つたことを特徴とする、アウト
