【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 横形機関の弁腕室内において、横向きの排
気弁ステムを支承する弁ガイドをシリンダヘツド
より弁腕室側へ突出状に設け、弁ガイドの先端に
ステムシールを取付け、ステムシールとシリンダ
ヘツドの間で弁腕室に露出した弁ガイドの下面に
潤滑油飛沫導入孔を明け、この孔と弁腕下半部間
に張出すように飛沫遮へい部を設けて弁腕下半部
の揺動で生じた飛沫の直接的導入を阻止するよう
にした横形機関のオイルダウン防止装置。 (2) 弁腕室がシリンダヘツドと弁腕カバー間に
形成され、弁腕軸内の潤滑油通路を弁腕ボス部の
ノズルを介して弁腕カバーの内面に向けることに
より弁腕室内に潤滑油飛沫ができるようにした実
