部矢視平面図、第３図は第２の実施例による同装
置の縦断面図、第４図はさらに第３の実施例によ
る同装置の縦断面図、第５図は従来例による同装
置の縦断面図である。 １……ケーシング、２……乾燥室、４……空気
取入口、６……排気口、８……回転体、１０……
駆動軸、１１ａ……基板、１４……軸受部、１５
……軸部排気チヤンバ、２０……連通口、２１…
…チヤンバ排気ダクト、２２・２２ａ……送風羽

補正 昭６１．６．１３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケーシングの内部に乾燥室を形成し、この乾
燥室内に基板収納ケースを装着した回転体を設け
、ケーシングの上部に乾燥用空気を取入れる空気
取入口を開口し、ケーシングの下部に排気口を設
け、回転体を回転させて基板に付着した水滴を飛
散させるとともに、空気取入口から乾燥用空気を
吸入して基板を乾燥し、その空気を排気口より排
出するように構成した基板の回転乾燥装置におい
て、 回転体の駆動軸の軸受部を取囲むように軸部排
気チヤンバを設け、この軸部排気チヤンバは駆動
軸が遊嵌する連通口と軸受部の下方に位置するチ
ヤンバ排気ダクトとを備え、乾燥室内の空気の一
部を連通口より吸入してチヤンバ排気ダクトより
排出するように構成したことを特徴とする基板の
回転乾燥装置。 ２ 軸部排気チヤンバ内の駆動軸部分に送風羽根
を設け、送風羽根で軸部排気チヤンバ内の排気を
するように構成した、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項に記載の基板の回転乾燥装置。 ３ 回転体の回転基台の下面に送風羽根を付設す
るとともに、この送風羽根を連通口から軸部排気
チヤンバ内へ突入させて設け、この送風羽根で軸
部排気チヤンバ内の排気をするように構成した実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の基板の回転
乾燥装置。 ４ チヤンバ排気ダクトを軸部排気チヤンバ外の
強制排気手段と連結した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項に記載の基板の回転乾燥装置。 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書第１０頁１０行目〜１１行目に「回転塗
布装置」とあるのを、「回転乾燥装置」に訂正し
ます。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケーシングの内部に乾燥室を形成し、この乾
    燥室内に基板収納ケースを装着した回転体を設け
    、ケーシングの上部に乾燥用空気を取入れる空気
    取入口を開口し、ケーシングの下部に排気口を設
    け、回転体を回転させて基板に付着した水滴を飛
    散させるとともに、空気取入口から乾燥用空気を
    吸入して基板を乾燥し、その空気を排気口より排
    出するように構成した基板の回転乾燥装置におい
    て、 回転体の駆動軸の軸受部を取囲むように軸部排
    気チヤンバを設け、この軸部排気チヤンバは駆動
    軸が遊嵌する連通口と軸受部の下方に位置するチ
    ヤンバ排気ダクトとを備え、乾燥室内の空気の一
    部を連通口より吸入してチヤンバ排気ダクトより
    排出するように構成したことを特徴とする基板の
    回転塗布装置。 ２ 軸部排気チヤンバ内の駆動軸部分に送風羽根
    を設け、送風羽根で軸部排気チヤンバ内の排気を
    するように構成した、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載の基板の回転塗布装置。 ３ 回転体の回転基台の下面に送風羽根を付設す
    るとともに、この送風羽根を連通口から軸部排気
    チヤンバ内へ突入させて設け、この送風羽根で軸
    部排気チヤンバ内の排気をするように構成した実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の基板の回転
    塗布装置。 ４ チヤンバ排気ダクトを軸部排気チヤンバ外の
    強制排気手段と連結した実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の基板の回転塗布装置。
