子金具cと、(ニ)のハウジングdと、(ホ)の接片金
具eと、(ヘ)のカバーkとよりなり、ハウジング
dの切欠表面31の溝32に夫々接片金具eの
一組の接片40,40′をハウジング内に位置
する如く曲片Mを載置し、溝32のエツジを押
し潰して曲片Mを固定し、帯状片41,41′
の基部を切断し、この切断面を配線板bの接片
取付孔12,12′に夫々挿通し、同時に位置
ぎめ孔14と位置ぎめ突起33を嵌合し、更に
端子金具cの取付片21を端子取付孔11,1
1′に挿通し、各挿通個所は導線PL1,PL2
夫々接触して半田付けし、この配線板bを基板
aの木捻子孔6の突体と取付台7,7′に半円
形切欠10を係合して突片9上に載置し、端子
座20を端子台4,4′のネジ孔5に貫通孔2

L1,L2の引き込み溝2を設けた縁3を成形
し、この引き込み溝2側には端子台4,4′
を突設し、この端子台4,4′上には溝を成
形し、この各溝にはネジ孔5を刻設し、この
端子台に近接して木捻子孔6の突体を成形
し、更に板中央に近く一対のハウジング取付
台7,7′を突設し、この取付台にはネジ孔
8を刻設し、板表面には後記する配線板bを
所要間隙をとつて支持するために所要個所に
突片9を突設してなる基板a。 (ロ) 絶縁板の一側には上記基板aの突体及び取
付台に係合可能に半円形の切欠10を施し、
板裏面には導線PL1,PL2を設け、この各導
線に近接して端子取付孔11,11′、接片
取付孔12,12′及び予備の取付孔13,
13′を夫々設け、この板中心に近く、位置
ぎめ孔14を穿設してなる配線板b。 (ハ) 上記端子台の溝に合致する形状の端子座2
0には貫通孔20′を穿設し、この座の一側
は細幅に延長し、延長端は折曲し、この折曲
部を取付片21とし、端子座20に重ねるワ
ツシヤー22を角形とし、中心には貫通孔2

きを施し、この切欠き表面には間隔をとつて
溝32を設け、この切欠き表面31の底面に
は位置ぎめ突起33を突設し、又、切欠側と
反対側の壁面内側には係止突起34を設けて
なるハウジングd。 (ホ) 帯状金属バーTBには一対一組の接片を複
数打ち抜き成形し、各組の接片の形状は中途
を夫々内側に向うように対称的にクランク状
に成形し、この曲片Mの接片40,40′の
間隔は、バーに接続する側の帯状片41,4
1′の間隔より狭くなるようにし、接片4
