パイプ５を通してフイルター１３内のコーヒー粉
１４に注ぎ、コーヒーを得るものにおいて、前記
フイルター１３より上側にヒーター４により加熱
された湯を一旦受ける貯湯タンク７を設け、この
貯湯タンク７にフイルター１３内に湯を供給する
弁９と、この弁９より上側に位置し、水槽１内に
湯をもどす排湯口８を設け、さらに弁９にヒータ
ー４への通電後、該弁９を閉じている時間を任意
に選択する制御ユニツト１８を連ねてなる電気コ
