第１図は本考案のモータの一実施例構成、第２
図は絶縁コアの一実施例構成、第３図および第４
図は回転子巻線を巻回する以前の構造を説明する
説明図、第５図および第６図はブラシの一実施例
構成、第７図はブラシを得るための手段を説明す
る説明図、第８図は従来のモータを示す。 図中、１はモータ・ケース、２はモータ・ケー
ス蓋、３は永久磁石、４，５は夫々軸受、６は積
層コア、７は回転子巻線、８はブラシ、９は整流
子面、１０，１１はモータ端子、１２はモータ回
転軸、１３，１４は夫々絶縁コア、１３―１は中
空円筒状部、１３―２は貫通孔、１３―３は翼部
、１３―４は垂れ部、１３―５は切欠き部、１５
―１は整流子片、１５―２は立上り部、１６は火
花発生防止用バリスタ・リング、１７はワツシヤ
を表わしている。
補正 昭６２．２．１０ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 永久磁石界磁をもつ実質上平盤状のモータ・ケ
ース、該モータ・ケースの開口端面に係合される
モータ・ケース蓋、上記モータ・ケースの閉鎖さ
れている端面にもうけられた第１の軸受と上記モ
ータ・ケース蓋にもうけられた第２の軸受とに回
転可能に支持されたモータ回転軸を有する回転子
、上記モータ・ケース蓋に支持されて上記モータ
回転軸上にもうけられた整流子片に摺動するブラ
シを有する平盤状小型モータにおいて、上記回転
子を構成する積層コアの最外部端面に上記コアを
実質上覆う翼部を有する絶縁コアをそなえると共
に、当該絶縁コアは中心部に上記モータ回転軸が
貫通する貫通孔と当該貫通孔の周辺にもうけられ
て複数の上記整流子片の立上り部が係合される複
数個の切欠きを有する中空円筒状部とをそなえ、
上記整流子片で形成される整流子面が上記中空円
筒状部の内側において上記モータ回転軸上に形成
され、かつ回転子巻線が上記絶縁コアの上記中空
円筒状部の外周面に支えられて上記絶縁コアの翼
部で覆われた積層コア上に巻回され、上記ブラシ
は上記絶縁コアの上記中空円筒状部の内側に形成
されている整流子面を摺動するよう構成されるこ
とを特徴とする平盤状小型モータ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 永久磁石界磁をもつ実質上平盤状のモータ・ケ
    ース、該モータ・ケースの開口端面に係合される
    モータ・ケース蓋、上記モータ・ケースの閉鎖さ
    れている端面にもうけられた第１の軸受と上記モ
    ータ・ケース蓋にもうけられた第２の軸受とに回
    転可能に支持されたモータ回転軸を有する回転子
    、上記モータ・ケース蓋に支持されて上記モータ
    回転軸上にもうけられた整流子片に係合されるブ
    ラシを有する平盤状小型モータにおいて、上記回
    転子を構成する積層コアの最外部端面に上記コア
    を実質上覆う翼部を有する絶縁コアをそなえると
    共に、当該絶縁コアは中心部に上記モータ回転軸
    が貫通する貫通孔と当該貫通孔の周辺にもうけら
    れて複数の上記整流子片の立上り部が係合される
    複数個の切欠きを有する中空円筒状部とをそなえ
    、上記整流子片で形成される整流子面が上記中空
    円筒状部の内側において上記モータ回転軸上に形
    成され、かつ回転子巻線が上記絶縁コアの上記中
    空円筒状部の外周面に支えられて上記絶縁コアの
    翼部で覆われた積層コア上に巻回され、上記ブラ
    シは上記絶縁コアの上記中空円筒状部の内側に形
    成されている整流子面を摺動するよう構成される
    ことを特徴とする平盤状小型モータ。
