In such a cheese-type package, the end surface of the winding is perpendicular to the bobbin axis, and the longitudinal section of the yarn is square.

うまく巻き姿を固定できないことが多かつた。 On the other hand, in order to prevent yarn from collapsing in a package after winding up the yarn, a method is generally used in which the yarn end is locked in a notch at the end of the bobbin. This method poses no problem if the package cage is wound in the form of a pirn because the end face of the package cage has a gentle slope, but in the case of cheese winding, the winding end face of the package cage is perpendicular to the bobbin axis, so the thread When attempting to lock the end of the thread in the notch at the end of the bobbin, the thread slips and the winding collapses. Therefore, in the case of cheese winding, it is not possible to lock the yarn ends in the notches of the bobbin, and it is necessary to appropriately tie the yarn ends to prevent the yarn from collapsing. It is common practice for organic synthetic fibers to appropriately tie the ends of cheese-wrapped threads, but unlike ordinary fibers, carbon fibers have extremely low knot strength, and depending on how they are tied, carbon fibers may In many cases, single yarn breakage occurred, and because the coefficient of friction was small, the yarn slipped and the winding shape could not be fixed properly.

る。 That is, the present invention is a package of carbon fiber cheese-wound on a bobbin, and the loop is formed by passing the winding end of the carbon fiber yarn under the final winding yarn and twisting it multiple times. A cheese winding of carbon fiber characterized in that a knot is formed near the end of the thread by passing the end of the thread through the loop and pulling in the winding direction of the thread. The gist of the package is the package.

本数が2000本以上のものが好ましい。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4 are explanatory diagrams for forming a knot in the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front view showing an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a package 3 is formed by winding carbon fiber yarn 2 in a cheese-like manner around a cylindrical bobbin 1. As shown in FIG. In the figure, 4 is the final winding yarn, and 5 is the yarn end at the end of winding. Figure 2 shows the final winding of the yarn 4 near the yarn end 5.
FIG. 3 shows a state in which a loop 6 is formed by twisting the thread near the end of the passed thread three times. FIG. 4 further shows the loop 6 passing through the yarn end 5. Thereafter, when the thread end 5 is pulled in the winding direction of the thread, a knot 7 is formed. FIG. 5 shows a package according to the invention having a knot 7 formed in the manner described above near the thread end. 1st~
Although FIG. 4 shows a method of creating a loop by twisting the yarn three times, the number of twists is two or more times, preferably three to four times. This is because if the number of twists is one, it is difficult to secure the knot, and if the number of twists is too many, thread breakage will occur, and there is a high possibility that the knot will come undone. Furthermore, although the carbon fibers targeted by the present invention are not particularly limited, they are not very suitable for highly crystallized graphite fibers, and even in the case of carbon fibers, carbon fibers with a single thread count of 2000 or more are preferred.
