固、確実に支柱2に固定しうるため、強風時にお
いても該海苔網26が吹き飛ばされるおそれもな
い。又保持具4は前記のごとく作業現場において
支柱2に固定することができるため、保持具4を
支柱2に予め取付けておく必要がなく、従つて支
柱2がかさ張らずその運搬を容易とするととも
に、支柱2の立設作業を円滑化する。さらに本実
施例においては支柱2、保持具4を共に合成樹脂
を用いて形成しているため、腐食の心配もない
他、装置の軽量化を達成できるとともに、誤まつ
て海面に落としても海面に浮上させ、その回収を
可能とする。なお本実施例において、第1図に一
点鎖線で示すごとく、保持具4の前記円弧折返部
