[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is applicable to viscous materials (filling materials) such as creams.
The present invention relates to a filling nozzle that can easily fill a container or a tube with liquid without adhering it to a seal part.

When filling a viscous substance such as cream into a container or tube whose filling opening is sealed by welding or bending after filling with the material to be filled, the filling nozzle is usually inserted into the container or tube. Insertion and extraction operations are performed, and the filling conditions are naturally different from when filling materials other than viscous materials, but conventional normal filling nozzles used for filling viscous materials have a diameter etc. However, no special consideration has been given to the fact that the filling material is a viscous material.

Furthermore, depending on the properties of the material to be filled, the material to be filled at the tip of the nozzle may be blown away with high pressure air.

However, when filling a viscous substance such as cream into the container or tube as described above, if the material to be filled at the tip of the filling nozzle is not cut properly, it may occur when the filling nozzle is inserted or removed. At the time of discharge, the substance to be filled tends to adhere to the seal portion, and if the substance to be filled adheres, problems such as seal failure and defective products due to contamination of the seal portion are likely to occur. Furthermore, even if a method is used in which the material to be filled adhering to the nozzle tip is blown away using high-pressure air, the same problem may occur because the blown-off material to be filled passes through the seal portion together with the high-pressure air. arise.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to prevent the viscous substance such as cream from being applied to the sealed portion of the container or tube when filling a viscous substance such as cream as a filling material into a container or tube having the above-mentioned form. It is an object of the present invention to provide a filling nozzle which prevents the adhesion of particles and eliminates problems such as poor sealing and generation of defective products due to dirt on the sealing part.

The present invention achieves the above object by attaching a cylindrical cover around the nozzle, and inserting the nozzle and the cylindrical cover into a container or tube whose filling opening is sealed by welding or bending after filling with the material to be filled. The filling nozzle is configured to fill a viscous substance such as cream into the container or tube, and the cylindrical cover includes a plate-shaped part having a through hole and a downward direction from the periphery of the plate-shaped part. an annular convex portion is formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion at a position having a predetermined distance from the lower end of the cylindrical portion, and the cylindrical portion is connected to the container or When inserted into the tube, only the lower part of the annular protrusion of the cylindrical part is inserted into the container or tube, and the lower surface of the annular protrusion is in contact with the end of the container or tube. This has been achieved by providing a filling nozzle in which the cylindrical cover is slidably fitted around the nozzle through the through hole.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the filling nozzle of the present invention. In the same figure, 1 indicates a conventional method for sending out a viscous material such as cream (hereinafter referred to as the material to be filled) from the tip of the nozzle at the lower end. The filling nozzle of the present invention is constructed by attaching a cylindrical cover 2 around the nozzle 1. Cylindrical cover 2
In this case, it is composed of a plate-like part 4 having a horizontal upper end having a through hole 3, and a cylindrical part 5 hanging downward from the periphery of the plate-like part 4, and around the nozzle 1. It is slidably fitted through the through hole 3.
The cylindrical part 5 has an annular protrusion 6 formed on its outer periphery at a position a predetermined distance from the lower end of the cylindrical part, and a through hole 7 for air venting above the annular protrusion 6.
has been drilled. The annular convex portion 6 is such that when the cylindrical portion 5 is inserted into the tube 9 from its tip, only the lower portion of the annular convex portion 6 of the cylindrical portion 5 is inserted into the tube 9 and the tube 9 is closed. It is in contact with the upper end and is supported by the upper end. In addition, the above-mentioned "predetermined distance" means that when the lower part of the annular convex part 6 of the cylindrical part 5 is inserted into the tube and filled with the material to be filled, the material to be filled will adhere to the sealing part. It is sufficient if the distance can prevent this.

In order to fill the tube 9 with the material to be filled, the tube 9 is first placed below the nozzle 1 in an inverted state as shown in FIG. In this state, the nozzle cover 2 is slidable relative to the nozzle 1 and the stopper 8
Since it is supported by the nozzle 1, it is held in such a manner as to surround the tip of the nozzle 1 without falling as shown in the figure. Although not shown, the tube 9 is
As shown in the figure, it is held by a tube elevator (not shown) equipped with a holding part, and is raised and lowered by the tube elevator. In synchronization with this lifting and lowering, the material to be filled is sent out from the nozzle 1 as described later.

Next, when the tube 9 is raised by the elevator, the upper end (end portion) of the tube 9 touches the plate-shaped portion 4.
The cylindrical cover 2 is in contact with the lower surface of the
is pushed up along the nozzle 1, and air flow from between the plate portion 4 and the upper end of the tube 9 is blocked. In this case, the tip of the nozzle 1 will relatively descend into the tube 9, but
Since the cylindrical cover 2 is always located at the upper end of the tube 9, even if the material to be filled remains at the tip of the nozzle 1, the material to be filled will not be present on the inner surface of the tube outside the cylindrical portion 5. Will not stick.

Then, before and after reaching the top dead center of the tube 9, the to-be-filled material 1 is released from the tip of the nozzle 1 as shown in FIG.
1 is started. The air displaced by the filling of the material 11 is sent out from the air vent hole 7 as shown by the arrow, so there is no risk of the tube 9 being deformed when filling the material.

As the material to be filled 11 is further filled, the tube 9 is lowered to reach the state shown in FIG. It is important that the tube 9 is lowered at such a speed that the filled material does not reach the cylindrical portion 5, particularly its outer side, and therefore the inner surface of the upper end of the tube 9 opposite thereto. In Figure 4, 1
1' is an icicle-shaped filling material remaining at the tip of the nozzle 1 due to poor cutting, but the filling material 11'
Since it is surrounded by the cylindrical part 5, it does not adhere to the inner surface of the upper end of the tube 9.

The tube 9 filled with the material to be filled 11 in this manner is further lowered and then transferred to a sealing step, and finally its upper end is sealed by means such as thermal bonding or bending. According to the filling nozzle of the present invention, this sealing can be performed extremely easily and reliably since the filling material 11, 11' does not adhere to the inner surface of the upper end of the tube 9 as described above.

Note that the above-mentioned filling nozzle can be equipped with a mechanism for blowing off the filling material 11' remaining at the tip of the nozzle 1 with high-pressure air, and even in that case, the air is discharged from the air vent hole 7. Therefore, there is no risk that the blown-off material 11' will adhere to the inner surface of the upper end of the tube 9. It goes without saying that the filling nozzle of the present invention can also be used to fill containers other than tubes with materials to be filled.

As mentioned above, according to the filling nozzle of the present invention,
A cylindrical cover that is slidably fitted around the nozzle prevents the material to be filled from adhering to the tube or container seal, especially when inserting and removing the filling nozzle. Therefore, it is now possible to easily fill the filling material, which was conventionally considered impossible without adhesion to the sealing part, without causing problems such as defective products due to seal failure or dirt on the sealing part. Excellent effects such as:
