Claims (1)

シユ型軸封装置において、回転側摺動部材及び固
定側摺動部材の一方をセラミツクス材とし、他方
をタングステンカーバイドWCを含有した超硬合
金とし、固定側摺動部材を半径方向に移動可能と
したことを特徴とする軸封装置。 2 上記セラミツクス材は炭化珪素SiC又は窒
化珪素Si3N4であり、超硬合金はタングステ
ンカーバイドWC含有量75重量%以上である実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の軸封装置。 3 上記固定側摺動部材と回転側摺動部材の半径
方向の隙間が、回転軸の軸受隙間より狭く形成さ
れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2
項記載の軸封装置。 4 上記固定側摺動部材は、ケーシング内の軸封
圧力の高低に影響されずに半径方向に移動できる
ようになつている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
又は第2項記載の軸封装置。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1.
