Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、改良された複写用紙のワックス材料及びカー
ボン紙材料に関する。
1回又は数回用いる複写用紙のためのワックス材料及び
カーボン紙材料の製造は100年以上も前から知られて
おり、そして時の経過とともに改良されかつ安価になっ
てきた。しかし数年来、カーボン紙使用の後退が知られ
ている。
その原因は、より安価になるカプセル紙との価格の差が
小さくなったことである。
しかし特別の用途のためにカーボン紙を断念することは
できない。例えば特に濃色の複写のため及び多数の複写
を作るために、カーボン紙はなお使用されている。増大
するカーボン紙の使用は、品質の改良と値下げにより達
成できる。
カーボン紙による複写は、ワックス、油及び着色料から
の精選された混合物により得られろ。
に 良好な濃さにおける多数の複写は、特に軟質、されたワ
ックスインキ(すなわちその油の割合が高い)により得
られる。しかしこれにより複写のきれいさは故意でない
材料の移行によって悪影響を受ける。そのほか油は紙に
移行してインキが乾燥する。
カーボン紙インキをより固(すると、故意でない材料の
移行は減少するが、複写能力は低下する。すなわち両方
の手段は相反する結果を招く。
本発明の課題は、この矛盾を免れる方法を見出し、そし
て多数の複写を可能にする安定な複写用紙を得るために
、既知のワックス月利及びカーボン紙材料を改良するこ
とであった。
本発明によればこの課題は、ワックス、油及び着色料を
基礎とし、必要な油の少なくとも一部をカプセル化され
た形で含有するワックス−及びカーボン紙材料を用いる
ことにより解決される。
この材料の利点は、わずかに遊離している油により被覆
がより乾燥していてきれいであること、紙から転写が従
来よりも完全に行われること、カプセル封入された油に
より貯蔵安定性が明らかに改善されること、そして油の
移行傾向が明らかに減少することである。他の重要な利
点は、可能な複写の数が一般に100%まで増加するこ
とである。
ワックスインキを製造するためには、普通の成分すなわ
ち種々のワックス、油、着色料及び場合により溶剤が用
いられる。その例は下記のものである。
a)ワックス: パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、カルナウ
バろう、ワセリン、オシケライト、羊毛脂、エステルワ
ックス、牛脂、微結晶ワックス。
b)油: 脂肪族、芳香族又はナフタリン族の成分を種々の量で含
有し、場合により溶剤を含有する鉱油及び合成油、動物
性前及び植物性油。
C)着色料: 好ましくはカーボンブラックが用いられる。
しかし他の有色顔料特に市販のアルカリブルーも用いら
れる。可溶性色素の使用は可能であるが、経済上の理由
で不溶性のものが優れている。
油含有マイクロカプセルは、カプセルIJ 入に適する
ならば、ワックスインキ中に普通に用いられる任意の油
を含有しうる。そのほかマイクロカプセルとして化学変
化による複写用紙に用いられる油も好適である。この使
用のためには、溶解された反応性染料又は噴霧乾燥され
た形の他の染料を含有するマイクロカプセルも同様に優
れている。
マイクロカプセルとしては、もち論ワックス材料及びカ
ーボン紙材料に含有される成分に対して安定なすべての
カプセルを使用することができ、この種のカプセルは技
術水準のものである。
ワックス、油及び着色料の量比は、本発明により油の一
部ないし油の全量がカプセル封入された形で添加される
以外は、普通の混合物の量比に相当する。カプセル封入
された油は、油の全量の1〜100%好ましくは1〜5
0%特に5〜10%であってよい。
本発明の材料は一般にワックス10〜60部、油10〜
60部(そのうち0.6〜20部はカプセル封入された
形)及び着色料1〜30部ならびに場合により溶剤を含
有する。
支持体の被覆は既知の方法により行われる。
下記実施例中の部及び%は特に指示しない限り重量に関
する。
実施例 下記の処方によりワックスインキを製造する。
32部 カルナウバろ5 5部 エステルワックス 40部 鉱油 20部  カーボンブラック  及び 6部 鉱油を含有するマイクロカプセル粉末あらかじめ
装入した鉱油中にワックス成分を加え、全体が溶融状態
で存在するまで加熱する。
次いでこの液状混合物中にカーボンブラックを加えて分
散させる。この工程が終了したのち、マイクロカプセル
粉末を加え、同様に注意深く分散させる。被覆は普通の
機械により4.8.97m2で行う。
の 比較として下記の組成、ワックスインキを用いる。
65部 カルナウバろう 5部 エステルワックス 40部 鉱油  及び 20部 カーボンブラック 被覆は普通の機械によりBj9/m2で行う。
マイクロカプセルを用いて製造したカーボンインキとそ
れを用いないで製造したカーボンインキとの対比を次表
に示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、ワックス、油及び着色料を基礎とし、油の少なくと
    も一部をカプセル化された形で含有するワックス材料又
    はカーボン紙材料。 2、油の1〜100重量%をカプセル化された形で含有
    することを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の
    材料。 3、油の1〜50重量%をカプセル化された形で含有す
    ることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の材
    料。 4、油の5〜10重量%をカプセル化された形で含有す
    ることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の材
    料。 5、マイクロカプセルがカーボン紙材料に普通に用いら
    れる油又は油混合物を含有することを特徴とする、特許
    請求の範囲第1項に記載の材料。 6、マイクロカプセルが芳香族、脂肪族もしくはナフタ
    リン系の油、溶剤又はその混合物を含有することを特徴
    とする、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の材料。 7、マイクロカプセルが芳香族、脂肪族もしくはナフタ
    リン系の油、溶剤又はその混合物を含有することを特徴
    とする、特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の材料。 8、マイクロカプセルが鉱油、灯油、ひまし油、ドデシ
    ルベンゾール、獣足油、ワセリン、低融点パラフィン又
    はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする、特許請求の
    範囲第1項に記載の材料。 9 マイクロカプセルが鉱油、灯油、ひまし油、ドデシ
    ルベンゾール、獣足油、ワセリン、低融点パラフィン又
    はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする、特許請求の
    範囲第4項に記載の材料。 10、ワックス、油及び着色料を基礎とし、油の少なく
    とも一部をカプセル化された形で含有するワックス材料
    又はカーボン紙材料からの層を有するカーボン紙又は複
    写用紙。
