Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、改良された複写用紙のワックス材料及びカー
ボン紙材料に関する。
１回又は数回用いる複写用紙のためのワックス材料及び
カーボン紙材料の製造は１００年以上も前から知られて
おり、そして時の経過とともに改良されかつ安価になっ
てきた。しかし数年来、カーボン紙使用の後退が知られ
ている。
その原因は、より安価になるカプセル紙との価格の差が
小さくなったことである。
しかし特別の用途のためにカーボン紙を断念することは
できない。例えば特に濃色の複写のため及び多数の複写
を作るために、カーボン紙はなお使用されている。増大
するカーボン紙の使用は、品質の改良と値下げにより達
成できる。
カーボン紙による複写は、ワックス、油及び着色料から
の精選された混合物により得られろ。
に 良好な濃さにおける多数の複写は、特に軟質、されたワ
ックスインキ（すなわちその油の割合が高い）により得
られる。しかしこれにより複写のきれいさは故意でない
材料の移行によって悪影響を受ける。そのほか油は紙に
移行してインキが乾燥する。
カーボン紙インキをより固（すると、故意でない材料の
移行は減少するが、複写能力は低下する。すなわち両方
の手段は相反する結果を招く。
本発明の課題は、この矛盾を免れる方法を見出し、そし
て多数の複写を可能にする安定な複写用紙を得るために
、既知のワックス月利及びカーボン紙材料を改良するこ
とであった。
本発明によればこの課題は、ワックス、油及び着色料を
基礎とし、必要な油の少なくとも一部をカプセル化され
た形で含有するワックス−及びカーボン紙材料を用いる
ことにより解決される。
この材料の利点は、わずかに遊離している油により被覆
がより乾燥していてきれいであること、紙から転写が従
来よりも完全に行われること、カプセル封入された油に
より貯蔵安定性が明らかに改善されること、そして油の
移行傾向が明らかに減少することである。他の重要な利
点は、可能な複写の数が一般に１００％まで増加するこ
とである。
ワックスインキを製造するためには、普通の成分すなわ
ち種々のワックス、油、着色料及び場合により溶剤が用
いられる。その例は下記のものである。
ａ）ワックス： パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、カルナウ
バろう、ワセリン、オシケライト、羊毛脂、エステルワ
ックス、牛脂、微結晶ワックス。
ｂ）油： 脂肪族、芳香族又はナフタリン族の成分を種々の量で含
有し、場合により溶剤を含有する鉱油及び合成油、動物
性前及び植物性油。
Ｃ）着色料： 好ましくはカーボンブラックが用いられる。
しかし他の有色顔料特に市販のアルカリブルーも用いら
れる。可溶性色素の使用は可能であるが、経済上の理由
で不溶性のものが優れている。
油含有マイクロカプセルは、カプセルＩＪ　入に適する
ならば、ワックスインキ中に普通に用いられる任意の油
を含有しうる。そのほかマイクロカプセルとして化学変
化による複写用紙に用いられる油も好適である。この使
用のためには、溶解された反応性染料又は噴霧乾燥され
た形の他の染料を含有するマイクロカプセルも同様に優
れている。
マイクロカプセルとしては、もち論ワックス材料及びカ
ーボン紙材料に含有される成分に対して安定なすべての
カプセルを使用することができ、この種のカプセルは技
術水準のものである。
ワックス、油及び着色料の量比は、本発明により油の一
部ないし油の全量がカプセル封入された形で添加される
以外は、普通の混合物の量比に相当する。カプセル封入
された油は、油の全量の１〜１００％好ましくは１〜５
０％特に５〜１０％であってよい。
本発明の材料は一般にワックス１０〜６０部、油１０〜
６０部（そのうち０．６〜２０部はカプセル封入された
形）及び着色料１〜３０部ならびに場合により溶剤を含
有する。
支持体の被覆は既知の方法により行われる。
下記実施例中の部及び％は特に指示しない限り重量に関
する。
実施例 下記の処方によりワックスインキを製造する。
３２部　カルナウバろ５ ５部　エステルワックス ４０部　鉱油 ２０部　　カーボンブラック　　及び ６部　鉱油を含有するマイクロカプセル粉末あらかじめ
装入した鉱油中にワックス成分を加え、全体が溶融状態
で存在するまで加熱する。
次いでこの液状混合物中にカーボンブラックを加えて分
散させる。この工程が終了したのち、マイクロカプセル
粉末を加え、同様に注意深く分散させる。被覆は普通の
機械により４．８．９７ｍ２で行う。
の 比較として下記の組成、ワックスインキを用いる。
６５部　カルナウバろう ５部　エステルワックス ４０部　鉱油　　及び ２０部　カーボンブラック 被覆は普通の機械によりＢｊ９／ｍ２で行う。
マイクロカプセルを用いて製造したカーボンインキとそ
れを用いないで製造したカーボンインキとの対比を次表
に示す。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、ワックス、油及び着色料を基礎とし、油の少なくと
    も一部をカプセル化された形で含有するワックス材料又
    はカーボン紙材料。 ２、油の１〜１００重量％をカプセル化された形で含有
    することを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    材料。 ３、油の１〜５０重量％をカプセル化された形で含有す
    ることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の材
    料。 ４、油の５〜１０重量％をカプセル化された形で含有す
    ることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の材
    料。 ５、マイクロカプセルがカーボン紙材料に普通に用いら
    れる油又は油混合物を含有することを特徴とする、特許
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の材料。 ６、マイクロカプセルが芳香族、脂肪族もしくはナフタ
    リン系の油、溶剤又はその混合物を含有することを特徴
    とする、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の材料。 ７、マイクロカプセルが芳香族、脂肪族もしくはナフタ
    リン系の油、溶剤又はその混合物を含有することを特徴
    とする、特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の材料。 ８、マイクロカプセルが鉱油、灯油、ひまし油、ドデシ
    ルベンゾール、獣足油、ワセリン、低融点パラフィン又
    はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする、特許請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の材料。 ９　マイクロカプセルが鉱油、灯油、ひまし油、ドデシ
    ルベンゾール、獣足油、ワセリン、低融点パラフィン又
    はその混合物を含有することを特徴とする、特許請求の
    範囲第４項に記載の材料。 １０、ワックス、油及び着色料を基礎とし、油の少なく
    とも一部をカプセル化された形で含有するワックス材料
    又はカーボン紙材料からの層を有するカーボン紙又は複
    写用紙。
