電極を有する圧電共振ユニツトと、誘電体板の一
つの主面に共通電極が、いま一つの主面にこの共
通電極に対向する一対の対向電極が夫々形成され
てなるコンデンサユニツトとが第1および第2の
リード端子間にほぼ平行に配置され、上記圧電共
振ユニツトの引出電極部およびコンデンサユニツ
トの対向電極が上記第1および第2のリード端子
に導通するとともに、上記コンデンサユニツトの
共通電極が上記第1および第2のリード端子の間
に配置された第3のリード端子に導通してなる回
路素子であつて、 上記第1および第2のリード端子はその圧電共
振ユニツトの各電極の引出電極部との導通部分が
上記第1および第2のリード端子の長手方向に切
り込まれ、この切込みにより形成される分岐片が
上記圧電共振ユニツトの両端部において上記圧電
基板の両主表面に分岐し、上記圧電共振ユニツト
をその両端部で支持する支持部となつており、第
3のリード端子はその上記コンデンサユニツトの
共通電極との導通部分が上記誘電体板の厚み方向
に折曲された後に上記誘電体板の主面に沿つて折
曲され、この折曲部分が上記コンデンサユニツト
の位置を規定する位置決め部となつていることを
