オードを点灯又は消灯の制御を行う発光ダイオー
ドの駆動回路において、前記駆動トランジスタの
エミツタと直流電源端子との間にスイツチングト
ランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ路を接続し、前
記スイツチングトランジスタのベースに第２の時
定数回路を接続し、電源オン時前記駆動トランジ
スタの立上りを遅延させることを特徴とした発光
