有する超音波送受波器において、ハウジング内に
は前記振動子をハウジング内面に圧接固定する圧
接手段が設けられており、この圧接固定部のハウ
ジングと振動子との圧接面間には気体の侵入を阻
止する気体侵入阻止部材が介設されていることを
特徴とする超音波送受波器。 (2) 気体侵入阻止部材は粘体部材からなること
