て、前記バーナ９から下方へ向かう高温ガス流中
に熱媒水を加熱する熱交換器１３を設け、前記バ
ーナ９からの高温ガスの通路以外で且つ室内空気
の流通路中に放熱器１６を設け、熱交換器１３、
放熱器１６、貯液タンク１７の順に連結し循環ポ
ンプ１８により熱媒水を循環し床暖房を行うこと
を特徴とする暖房装置。 (2) 前記放熱器１６をバイパスするバイパス路
３０を備え、該バイパス路３０には温水開閉弁２
