Conventional examples are shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. That is, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a shelf, on which a large number of cargo storage spaces 2 are partitioned vertically and horizontally. Reference numeral 3 denotes a loading/unloading device that can travel on a fixed path 4 along the shelf 1, and includes a traveling section 5 and an elevating section 6.
and a fork 7 disposed in the elevating part 6 so as to be movable laterally. At the end of the shelf 1, a temporary loading platform 8 is arranged in parallel. According to this configuration, the loading/unloading device 3 is used to move the cargo into the desired cargo storage space 2
Loads can be transferred between the temporary loading platform 8 and the temporary loading platform 8. By the way, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the temporary loading platform 8 has a loading support rod 10 that can move up and down with respect to the platform 9, and also has a load support rod 10 that can move up and down with respect to the platform 9. Has equipment. This inventory detection device employs a phototube type consisting of a light emitter 12 disposed on a platform 9 via a bracket 11 and a light receiver 14 disposed via a bracket 13. Then, the load is transferred from the loading/unloading device 3 onto the protruding load supporting rod 10,
Thereafter, the load support rod 10 is retracted to lower the load onto the platform 9, and the load is removed by a hand lifter that can run on the platform 9. Alternatively, lower the load carried by the hand lifter onto the platform 9,
After this load is lifted by a load support rod 10, it is delivered to the loading/unloading device 3. By the way, the light emitter 12 and the light receiver 14 are attached to brackets 11 and 13, respectively.
Since it is disposed on the platform 9 via a cable, the external appearance and aesthetic appearance are spoiled. Also, during hand lift work, the projector 12 and receiver 14 may be caught and damaged, or the bracket 1 may be damaged.
1 and 13, vibrations and shocks are applied to the light emitter 12 and light receiver 14 attached to the brackets 11 and 13. Furthermore, when a person crosses the road, the cargo presence detection device detects the presence of the cargo, and the cargo loading/unloading device 3 is unexpectedly activated.

In other words, in the present invention, a platform is provided outside the end of the shelf, and a temporary loading platform placed under the platform is connected to a lifting platform and a platform that is erected from the four corners of the platform. An automatic warehouse comprising load support rods that can be moved in and out, and a load guide piece is erected from the outer surface of the upper end of the load support rod, and a phototube type load detection device is provided on the back side of the load guide piece. This is what we propose. With such a configuration, the load detecting device can be lowered and retracted together with the load support rod, thereby allowing it to skim over the platform when a load is not present. In addition, when the load support frame is protruded from the platform, the presence of the load can be detected using a phototube system without contacting the load.Furthermore, the presence of the load detection device can be installed on the back side of the load guide piece to detect the presence of the load. It will be protected by the guide piece.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 4 to 8. 20 is a temporary loading platform, and base 21
Lifting platform 2 arranged above via a lifting mechanism 22
It has 3. The elevating mechanism 22 is of a pantograph type, and includes links 24 arranged in a sash shape.
and a cylinder device 25 that swings the link 24 to expand and contract. 26 is a stopper, lifting platform 2
Regulates the lower limit of 3. The lifting platform 23 has a rectangular shape, and from the upper surface of each of its four corners, there are load supporting rods 2.
7 are erected, and a load guide piece 28 is erected from the outer surface of the upper end of each load support rod 27. The load support rod 27 is provided with a load detection device. i.e. 1
A projector 30 is disposed via a bracket 29 on the back side of the load guide piece 28 in the load supporting rod 27 for books, and a light projector 30 is disposed on the back side of the load guide piece 28 in the other load supporting rod 27 so as to face this projector 30. A light receiver 32 is disposed on the side via a bracket 31. Note that a light passing hole 33 is formed in the load guide piece 28. 34 indicates a platform.

As shown in solid lines in FIGS. 5 and 6, the lifting platform 23 is raised and the load support rod 27 is moved to the platform 34.
When the load is projected from the platform 34, the load on the platform 34 is guided by the front surface (guide surface) of the load guide piece 28 and its position is corrected, and then lifted through the upper surface of each load support rod 27. When the position is corrected, the load moves in the correction direction, but this is done without sliding into contact with the presence detection device provided on the back side of the load guide piece 28. When the load is lifted, the presence of the load supported between the load support rods 27 is detected by the light projector 30 and the light receiver 32. In addition, with the load removed, the lifting platform 23 is lowered as shown in the imaginary line in FIG. You will be moved out.

According to the automatic warehouse in the present invention described above,
The load detecting device can be lowered and retracted together with the load support rod, allowing it to slide over the platform when a load is not present.
Therefore, the beauty and appearance of the platform can be improved, and it is also possible to completely prevent hooking, vibration, or impact during hand lift operations. Furthermore, even if a person crosses the temporary cargo receiving platform, this is not detected, and therefore the loading/unloading device can be prevented from being activated unexpectedly. Furthermore, when lifting a load and correcting its position using the load guide piece, the load can be moved in the correcting direction without sliding into contact with the load detection device provided on the back side of the load guide piece. In addition, the load detection device is protected by the load guide piece and can detect the load without coming into contact with the load. These features allow the load detection device to operate stably and accurately over a long period of time. Can be done.
