BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY AND PROBLEMS Traditionally, products such as television receivers were packaged using
This was done by storing in an A-1 type carton (JIS standard) or a modified box. However, due to the rise in the price of corrugated cardboard, the cost has become high.

Therefore, in view of the fact that the cost of cardboard boxes is largely determined by the cost of raw materials, attempts have been made to reduce packaging costs by reducing the amount of materials used. That is, sleeve packaging and shrink packaging use less cardboard.

However, in sleeve packaging, the product is inserted through the open end of a cylindrical body made of cardboard, and cushioning material is applied to the openings at both ends of the cylindrical body, making it easy for dirt and dust to enter through the openings at both ends. , it also has the disadvantage of being weak in pressure resistance. Furthermore, in sleeve packaging, the product is packed by sliding it through openings at both ends of the cylindrical body, so the product must be turned sideways during packaging and unpacking, resulting in extremely poor workability.

Shrink packaging involves wrapping a product in a cylindrical shape with a heat-shrinkable film and then passing it through a heating device such as an oven to shrink the film. It is exposed to dirt and dust easily,
Furthermore, once unpacked, it cannot be repacked, and furthermore, when stacked during transportation, the weight of the product on top is directly applied to the product on the bottom, which is not desirable in terms of product protection.

In this way, the box body 1 folded into a flat plate is inserted into the bag body 16, and the lid pieces 7,
The outer end of the bag 7' and the opening edge of the bag 16 are brought into a state that substantially coincides with each other, and in this state, the lid pieces 7,
The opening edge of the bag body 16 is fixed to 7'. In the illustrated embodiment, the lid pieces 7, 7' are fixed to the opening edge of the bag body 16 using staples 15, 15, . Good fit. Note that fixing the lid pieces 7, 7' of the box body 1 and the opening edge of the bag body 16 in this way is as follows.
This is because it is easier and faster to assemble or fold the box body 1 and the bag body 16 if they are connected to each other at some point.
It is not absolutely necessary to fix the box body 1 and the bag body 16, and even if they are fixed to each other, there is no need to fix them to the lid pieces 7, 7', and they can be fixed at appropriate locations. It's good.

The lid piece, the reinforcing piece, and the connecting piece are bent along the mountain fold line, the connecting piece is joined to the bottom plate, and a valley fold line is formed in the center of the bottom plate that extends in the same direction as the side to which the side plate is connected, and the reinforcing piece is bent. A valley fold line is formed that extends from the intersection of the side plate side mountain fold line and the connection side mountain fold line so as to make approximately equal angles to both the mountain fold lines, and can be folded and assembled freely by these valley fold lines and the mountain fold line. , the bag body has an inner dimension that is the same as or slightly smaller than the outer diameter dimension of the box body when the box body is stretched and assembled along the valley fold line, and the box body is mounted inside the bag body. As a result, only two side plates are required, and since the developed shape is substantially elongated, board cutting can be performed efficiently, and material costs can be extremely reduced, contributing to cost reduction. In addition, while saving on materials, the reinforcing piece forms an angled support section between the side plate, so it has high crushing strength, and combined with the dimensional relationship between the box body and the bag body, it is suitable for practical use. It has a strong objective. Furthermore, it is easy to assemble and fold due to the two types of valley fold lines, making it convenient to transport and store, and has extremely good packaging workability. Furthermore, due to its dimensional relationship with the box body, the bag does not wrinkle during packaging, and since it is stretched flat on each side, it looks good, and unlike the film used in Shrink packaging, it does not tear when unpacking. Therefore, the packaging box of the present invention can be used repeatedly.
