給紙カセツトに収容されている用紙を給送するピ
ツクアツプローラと、これらの給紙方向に配置さ
れているフイードローラと、これに弾性的に圧接
されていて複数の用紙が同時に給送されるのを防
止するリバースローラと、上記フイードローラの
給紙方向側に配置されている一対のレジストロー
ラと、上記フイードローラとレジストローラとの
間に配置されている一対のスキユー防止ローラと
を具備し、上記給紙カセツトの一側部を給紙の場
合に用紙を揃えるための給紙基準側部とする給紙
装置において、上記ピツクアツプローラ、フイー
ドローラ、リバースローラおよび一対のスキユー
防止ローラが１つのローラからなり、給紙カセツ
トの用紙の幅方向の中心より給紙カセツトの給紙
基準側部の側にピツクアツプローラの幅方向の中
心が位置するようにピツクアツプローラを配置し
、かつ、上記ピツクアツプローラ、フイードロー
ラ、リバースローラおよびスキユー防止ローラの
幅方向の中心が給紙方向と平行な同一直線上に位
置するようにフイードローラ、リバースローラお
よびスキユー防止ローラを配置したことを特徴と
する給紙装置。 (2) 上記フイードローラにより用紙を給送する
場合にはスキユー防止ローラの風速をフイードロ
ーラの周速の１００％〜１１０％の速さとし、か
つ、レジストローラにより用紙を給送する場合に
は、スキユー防止ローラの周速をレジストローラ
の周速と同一としたことを特徴とする実用新案登
