印加される走査パルスのパルス幅が０．５〜４μ
ｓｅｃの間にある時、前記抵抗の抵抗値および前
記静電容量の容量値が、それぞれ１００〜５００
ｋΩ、２〜２０ＰＦの範囲にあることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の放電表
