極及び本考案の電極を夫々使用し電極長さ方向に
おける電流密度分布を調べる実験を行なつた時の
横型電気鍍金装置の概略図、第3図a,bは上記
実験における各電極長さ方向における電流密度を
示すグラフ図、第4図は同じく上記各電極を使用
してFe…Zn合金電気鍍金を行なつた場合の各
鍍金層中のFe含有量の分布を調べたグラフ図、
第5図a,bは従来型の電極を配した横型電気鍍
金装置の概略図である。
図中1,10,11,2,20,21は電極、
3,30はコンダクタロール、4,40はストリ
ツプ、5はバツクアツプロール、6,61は液吐
出口を各示す。
