- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透水性表面シートと、不透水性裏面シート
と、該表裏面シートの間に介在させた吸収体とを
含み、少なくとも該吸収体の外周縁から延出する
該表裏面シート部分を接合したおむつ本体を有す
る使い捨ておむつにおいて、前記おむつ本体の背
側領域の外端に沿う中央部位に外側へ延出した凸
出部を形成してあることを特徴とする前記おむつ
。 (2) おむつ本体の縦方向における凸出部の高も
高く延出した部位の長さを５〜５０mmに形成し、
かつ、おむつ本体の幅方向における凸出部の長さ
を背側領域の最も広い部位の幅の１／４〜２／３
