に形設せる透視用窓、11は前記給湯パイプ7内
の適所に配設した逆止弁である。又、前記外蓋4
内には上下移動可能な円筒形状の押圧体12にて
圧縮される蛇腹状のエアーポンプ13と、該エア
ーポンプ13の底部を保持するとともに前記外蓋
4の外底面を形成せる底板14と、図示しないが
前記外蓋4を前記外容器2の上部に係合せるフツ
クレバーを操作せる押圧釦15等を有している。
又、前記底板14の略中央には前記エアーポンプ
13からの圧縮空気を吹き出す吹出口16を形成
している。17は前記エアーポンプ13を伸縮せ
るスプリングである。18は前記貯溜容器3の上
面開口部を開閉自在に閉塞せる略円盤形状の内蓋
で、略中央に上方へ少許膨出形成せるツマミ19
を一体成形している。前記ツマミ19の下部に断
面略字形状の下面板20を嵌合して連通室21
を形成している。前記連通室21の上面には前記
吹出口16と連通せる導入口22を、下面には複
数個の透孔23を穿設し且つ略中間部に連通孔2
4を有した仕切板25を配設して上区画室21a
と下区画室21bとに区画形成する。前記上区画
室21a内には球形のボール体26を遊動自在に
配設し且つ下区画室21b内には常時スプリング
27にて上方に付勢される如く前記連通孔24に
閉塞せる弁体28を設けている。又、前記ボール
体26は通常の使用状態において、前記連通孔2
4内を少許挿通し且つ前記スプリング27の付勢
力に抗して前記弁体28を下方へ押圧し、前記連
通孔24を開放するものである。そして、前記導
入口22の周囲に内方に向つて円筒形状の案内筒
35を形成している。又、前記導入口22の内径
は前記ボール体26の直径よりも少許小さいもの
