ーキ部に前記ピストンロツドを圧接させるための
グリツプ力を出力するグリツプ力出力部と、空気
圧を前記グリツプ力出力部に印加して前記グリツ
プ力を減少させ前記ピストンロツドの移動を可能
にさせるグリツプ解除機構部と、前記エアーシリ
ンダにピストンロツドを引込動作させるための圧
力空気が給気されたとき同エアーシリンダ側から
前記グリツプ解除機構部に同圧力空気を一方向的
に給気して前記空気圧を発生させるための逆止弁
機能及びエアーシリンダから前記ピストンロツド
引込動作用の圧力空気が排気されたときに前記グ
リツプ解除機構部に給気された前記圧力空気を任
意の速度で排気させ前記グリツプ力出力部に印加
された空気圧を低下させて前記グリツプ力を所定
値に戻すための絞り弁機能を有する弁部とのそれ
