【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図ないし第９図は本考案の離脱防止装置の
実施例を示し、第１図はその管軸に直角に切断し
た正面図、第２図は第１図のＸ―Ｘ線断面図、第
３図ａ，ｂは弾性支持片を装着した係止片の詳細
図であつて、ａはその背面図、ｂはａのＹ―Ｙ線
断面図、第４図ないし第８図は係止片の動作図で
ある。第９図は本考案の他の実施例の縦断面であ
る。第１０図は先行技術の離脱防止装置の構造を
示す。 １…受口部、２…挿口部、４…パツキング、６
…押輪、７…係止片収容凹部、１０…ねじ孔、１
２…係止片、１６…弾性支持片、１８…押しボル
ト。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 接続される一方の流体管の端部の受口部１内に
    接続される他方の流体管の端部の挿口部２が挿入
    され、パツキング４を介して水密に接続される流
    体管の継ぎ手部において、 受口部１に係合する離脱防止金具６の内面に、
    もしくは受口部１自体の内面に、挿口部２に対向
    して円周方向に適宜数の幅広にして断面が矩形状
    の係止片収容凹部が形成され、 前記係止片収納凹部７内には、該係止片収容凹
    部７内に実質的に嵌装される幅と断面を有し、外
    面１２ａは後面１２ｄ寄りに頂部を有する円弧状
    に形成されるとともに内面には前面１２ｂ寄りに
    挿口部２の外周面に実質的に合致する幅広の刃先
    部１２ｃが形成された係止片１２が収容され、 前記係止片収容凹部７の後壁面７ｂと前記係止
    片１２の後面１２ｄとの間には、弾性支持片１６
    が前記係止片１２を自然状態において該係止片１
    ２の前面１２ｂを該係止片収容凹部７の前壁面７
    ａに押し当てるように介装され、 前記収容凹部７に連通するねじ孔１０に螺入さ
    れた押しボルト１８は前記係止片１２の外面１２
    ａと揺動自在に衝接するとともに、該押しボルト
    １８の回動締込みにより該係止片１２を外径方向
    より押圧して該係止片１２の刃先部１２ｃを挿口
    部２の外表面に食い込ませてなる、 ことを特徴とする流体管の離脱防止装置。
