Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably inspect and sort without operator for a long time in a component sorting apparatus by providing large-sized containing units at both sides of an inspecting unit, and separating a work from a main rail immediately after inspecting. CONSTITUTION:An uninspected component transferred from a component containing magazine 3 on a component conveying rail 5 is forcibly conveyed by a conveying unit 7. The uninspected component is inspected by a shape and print inspecting camera 8. The component which is decided as a malfunction is contained by a separator 6 through a conveying rail 11 in a malfunction component containing magazine 10. The component which is decided as good is inspected by next lead-shape inspecting camera 9. The malfunction component is contained in the magazine 10. The good component which has passed the two inspections is contained in a good component containing magazine 13 from the rail 5. When the magazine 13 is filled fully with the good components, it is contained in a magazine containing unit 14. Thus, the stock amount of works can be sufficiently provided to operate a component sorting apparatus without operator for a long time. Further, stable inspection and separation can be performed.

In other words, parts are supplied from the parts supply section at the top of the device, allowed to fall naturally on an inclined rail, temporarily held and inspected along the way, and the inspection contents are held in software and stored in the final storage section. They were ranked as good, bad, etc. according to the content.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with such a configuration, it is not possible to stock a large amount of supplied parts, and parts supply intervals are short, making unattended operation for long periods of time impossible. In addition, even after inspection, defective and good products are not separated until the final process, so if multiple inspections are performed,
There was a problem that testing could not be carried out efficiently.

That is, if a large number of parts are to be stored in the upper part, it is necessary to have a large storage part in a high part, which makes the device configuration unstable. Furthermore, since an inclined rail is used, it is difficult to separate defective workpieces from the middle of the rail.

Means for Solving the Problems The technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is to use a horizontal inspection device, provide large storage devices on both sides, and further provide a work separation section immediately after the inspection device. The structure is such that the workpiece is separated from the main rail immediately after inspection.

In the figure, a component storage magazine 3 stored in a magazine stock section 2 is transported by a transport rail 4 to a component supply position. The uninspected parts are transferred from the parts storage magazine 3 to the parts transport rail 6. The transferred uninspected parts are forcibly transported inside the rails 6 by the transport device 7. The uninspected parts are transported to the position of the shape/print inspection camera 8 and inspected. Parts that are determined to be defective after inspection are separated by air in the separating section 6 and stored in the defective storage magazine 1o via 11 conveyor rails. It is inspected by camera 9. Items determined to be defective are stored in the defective item storage magazine 1o in the same manner as described above. The non-defective products that have finally passed the two inspections are stored in the non-defective product storage magazine 13 from the transport rail 6.
