Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute continuously cutting of a pipe, removal of a burr and a formation of a flare, and to improve the work efficiency by turning and inserting a shaping punch having a cutting edge part and a flare formed part in the tip part, into a cut end of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A cutting edge aprt 11a having the same diameter as the inside diameter of a pipe P11 is provided on the tip part of a shaping punch 1a, also a flare formed part 13a is formed by being continued from said part, and it is provided so as to be turnable by a pivotally moving shaft 12a. When executing the working, the pipe P11 is brought to chucking Ch and cut by a cutter Cu, and thereafter, the cutting edge part 11a is turned and inserted into the inner wall and a burr is removed, and subsequently, a flare is formed by pressing the formed part 13a. Accordingly, a work speed becomes remarkably higher than a conventional work which has been executed separately, and also one worker will suffice, and the work efficiency can be improved.

(Prior Art) Various types of pipes now perform important vascular functions in various machines and devices, and therefore, their uses are wide-ranging. Therefore, a huge number of pipes of various shapes and sizes must be cut to desired lengths, bent into desired shapes, etc., placed in desired locations, and furthermore, desired pipes must be connected to each other. However, especially when a pipe is cut, burrs are inevitably generated on the cut surface, and if the burrs are not removed during use, the flow resistance within the pipe increases and the flow rate may not reach the required value. In the past, burrs have always been removed before use, as they can fall off in the flowing liquid and block the flow path, damaging the internal parts and causing liquid leaks at the connection parts. It has also been conventional practice to form flares at the connecting portions of pipes to facilitate connection and prevent liquid leakage. However, in the conventional technology, burr removal and flare formation had to be performed separately, which was an impediment to large-scale shaping of pipes.

(Means for solving the problem) That is, the first invention includes a process of cutting an arbitrary pipe into a desired length using an upper roller cutter held by chucking, etc., and cutting the pipe from the cut end of the pipe to be shaped. A process of removing burrs that protrude toward the inner wall of the cut end when cutting to the desired length by bringing the cutting edge of a shaping punch with an acute-angled tip into contact with the inner wall while rotating it. and, following this step, press while rotating with the forming part of the shaping punch to form a flare of an arbitrary shape, and a second invention is a shaping method comprising the steps of: This is for carrying out the cutting process, and the outer diameter is the inner wall diameter of the pipe to be shaped, and the cutting edge part has an acute-angled tip to remove burrs formed on the inner wall, followed by a cutting edge part with a desired angle. This is a shaping punch in which a shaping part which is expanded in the outer radial direction and is pressed against the cut end to form an arbitrary flare, and a pivot part are integrally provided so as to be rotatable.

A shaping punch la is opposed to a pipe to be shaped Fil with their axes on the same line. The shaping punch la is for a single flare, with the cutting edge 11a at the beginning and the pivot portion 1.
2a, it is pivotally connected to a rotary and sliding shaft (not shown), so when the rotary and sliding shaft is moved forward, first the cutting edge 1 is
The cutting edge 1a comes into rotational contact with the burr pb formed inward at the cut end, and the cutting edge 11a has a cylindrical shape with a mortar-shaped head, and its cutting edge diameter dl is equal to the inner diameter of the pipe to be shaped Fil. They have the same diameter, and the edge angle of the circumference where the side surface intersects with the mortar-shaped head surface forms an acute-angled blade portion 111a, so that the shaping punch la rotates while cutting the burr pb. When they come into contact, the blade part 111a slides and bites into the root of the burr pb, as shown in FIG.
The burr Pb is removed flush with the inner wall surface of the il.

Further, the shaping punch 1a continues to move forward. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the front surface from the body of the cutting edge 11a is formed of a forming surface 131a that is an inclined surface that expands toward the rear in the outer diameter direction at an angle of 45 degrees. The forming part 13a first comes into contact with the inner side of the cut end of the pipe to be shaped pH and presses the cut end diagonally outward, causing plastic deformation in the vicinity of the cut end and forming a single flare as shown in FIG. SF is formed sequentially with the baryl b removal step.

The shaping pan 101b for double flare has a cutting edge 11b, a forming part 13b, and a pivot part 12b integrated, and the cutting edge diameter d2 of the cutting edge 11b is the same diameter as the inner diameter of the pipe to be shaped P21. The circumferential ridge angle formed by the head surface and side surface of the Katsuri Forest shape is an acute-angled blade portion 111b, and the molded portion 13b is formed from the body of the cutting blade portion 11b. , since the front surface is formed into a molding surface 131b that is a slope that expands outward in the outer diameter direction at an angle of about 5 degrees.

As explained in the first embodiment, if the 1,000 lb shaping pan is rotated and pushed in from the cut end, the burr PB is first removed from the base as shown in FIG. 7, and the pan is continued to move forward. The cut end is peeled off at the molding surface 131b and pressed inward, but the cutting edge 11b prevents it from bending inward, and as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the part immediately after the cut end gradually becomes plastically deformed. The cut end bulges out, and finally the cut end collapses backwards, forming a double flare DF.

In this embodiment, only a shaping punch for forming a single flare and a double flare was explained, but the present invention is not limited to these, and the spool flare can be formed simply by changing the slope angle of the forming part. It is also possible to form a bulge using a shaping punch for forming a double flare, provided the pressing is not stopped midway.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained in detail above, the present invention includes a cutting blade whose outer diameter is the inner wall diameter of the pipe to be shaped, and whose tip has an acute angle.
A shaping punch, which has a forming part expanding in the outer radial direction at a desired angle and a pivot part formed integrally with this, is pivoted to a rotating sliding shaft and rotated from the cut end of the pipe. By pressing, when the pipe is cut to a desired length with a roller cutter, the burr that protrudes inside the cut end of the pipe and the formation of an arbitrary flare for connecting the pipe to a desired location, etc. are created continuously from the cutting. The work speed is much faster than the conventional method of removing burrs with a cutter, grinder, or even manually after cutting, and then forming the flare again using a flare union. This invention has great ripple effects such as 1) improving work efficiency, 1) reducing labor costs, and 1) stabilizing quality, since only one worker is required, and it must be called an excellent invention.
