第1図の矢印B方向に往復駆動して、固定刃6と
可動刃5の刃先部8で毛を切断するように構成さ
れている。このような従来の往復動式電気かみそ
りでは、第3図aに示すように可動刃5を往復駆
動する駆動桿9が固定刃6と重なつた可動刃5の
端部の穴に直接嵌合しており、可動刃5が薄い金
属板で作られているため、駆動桿と可動刃の接触
面の圧力が高く、長期間使用すると、可動刃もし
くは駆動桿の係合部が摩耗し、係合部のクリアラ
ンスが大きくなつて騒音が高くなる。このような
係合部の摩耗を防止するため、係合部にプラスチ
ツクのような緩衝材を挿入することが考えられる
が、このような緩衝材を挿入すると、そうでなく
ても駆動桿のために厚くなつているかみそりの端
部の厚さが一層厚くなり、そのため可動刃と固定
