Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to project a projecting member without utilizing the operation of mold opening by a method wherein the projecting member, penetrating through a movable disc, is screwed into a screw rod, projected at the tip end of a hollow rotary shaft, in a screw shaft connected to the movable disc while a driving shaft is fitted into the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a transmitting shaft 12 is rotated, a rotary member 9 is rotated through transmission gears 13, 14 and a movable disc 6, a rotary shaft 16 therein and a projecting member 17 are advanced or retreated by the screw lead of a screw shaft 7 through the switching of the rotating direction of the transmitting shaft 12 whereby mold opening or closing is effected. Subsequently, when the movable disc 6 has arrived at a projectable position, a motor 23 is rotated. A torque is transmitted from a driving shaft 21 to the rotary shaft 16, the projecting member 17 advances by the screw lead of the screw rod 15 and is projected from the surface of the movable disc 6 whereby the projecting member in a mold is pushed to release a molded product from the mold. When the projecting member 17 has arrived at the limit of advance, the motor 23 is turned reversely whereby the projecting member 17 is retreated.
